Summer Changed Me

1st day back (part 1)

I woke up at 6:30 am thanks to my alarm clock, I got out of bed and went to the bathroom with a towel. I showered, wrapped the towel around my waist then brushed my teeth and went back to my room where I put on clean clothes which were a grayish green t-shirt, black jeans, a blue jacket and put on sneakers, I also decided to wear one of my bracelets I never wore but eh I thought it completed the look I guess.

Anyway I grabbed my backpack and went downstairs where I saw Mikasa eating at the dinning table "Morning Mika" I said, she swallowed and said "Morning Eren, your food is in the kitchen" I put my backpack in the hallway to the door "Okay" I said, I went to the kitchen, grabbed my food and went to the dinning table where Mikasa was and I ate with her. We finished and put our dishes in the sink, I cleaned them and it was 7:45 am "Eren time to go" she called from the door. I put the plates to dry and went to her, I grabbed my backpack and we went outside to the car. 'Wow it's shining' I thought, I got into the passenger seat and buckled up as Mikasa did the same thing just on the driver seat, she started the car, pulled out of the garage and we were off.

After a few minutes we were at my school, I unbuckled and got out of the car, I leaned into the open window of the passenger seat "Thanks for driving me sis" I said "No problem" she said and added "Well I gotta go I don't wanna be late" "Alright I'll see you after school" I said and pulled away from the car then she drove off after giving me a smile.

I turned around and face the school, I took a deep breath and walked to the school entrance when I was stopped by Armin "Eren!" I turned around and looked at him "Hey Armin" I gave him a smile. He walked next to me as we went to the entrance "I saw Mikasa drive off" he said "Yeah she said she would drive to school so she dropped me off" I said "Cool by the way nice outfit" he said "Oh thanks, I guess I decided to try something different" I said "You look good too" I added "Thanks, oh and I'm glad you aren't wearing your contacts anymore" he said as he smiled. We walked inside the building "Yeah I guess I won't wear them anymore, I'm glad you convinced me" I said as I gave him a sweet smile "No problem" he said then added "Well I'm gonna get the books from my locker" "Alright see ya Armin" I said as I waved, he ran off to his locker.

I was walking to my locker when I noticed a bunch of girls staring at me and I heard a few giggles here and there in each group I passed, I cleared my throat a bit as I reached my locker from last year. When I opened it I heard gasps from around me, I looked around and saw that all the girls gasped, I sighed and just got my school supplies from my backpack and put them in my locker leaving my pencil case, sketchbook, math text book and notebook, I locked my locker and walked to my first class math.

I arrived at the math classroom and sat in my usual seat in the back, I saw a group of girls in the classroom giggle while staring at me. I sunk into my seat as I put my legs up on the table as I relaxed, I watched the entrance to the classroom as I waited for the teacher to come in. I thought the teacher was coming so I lowered my legs and sat up straight a bit, but then I saw someone else, someone so much better, Levi Rivaille. I swooned a bit inside, I missed seeing his silver eyes, his famous undercut that styled him so well, I mean what didn't I miss, I missed just seeing him.

I think he sensed someone staring as I looked away, he looked my way, I grabbed my backpack and grabbed my sketchbook and pencil case out, I started sketching while waiting for the teacher. I was halfway done with my sketch, I was sketching a wolf howling, when a girl approached my desk and tapped my shoulder. I put my sketchbook down with my pencil as I looked at her, she had long brown hair and orange eyes "U-Um..." she was nervous I could tell. "Yeah?" I asked my voice became a bit smoother and deeper during summer but I wouldn't say it's that different. "I was w-wondering...i-if you would like to hang out with m-me sometimes?" she finally asked while stuttering here and there..hmm... I thought about something and smirked slightly "What kind of hang out sweetheart, friendly chit chat hang out or a date kind of hang out?" I asked smoothly, she blushed "U-Um...." she couldn't answer, I think I got her petrified, I got up and turned her so her back was facing me. I pressed my body to her back and whispered to her ear "How about you ask me after you think about it sweetheart?" I said softly in her ear and made her walk.
