Summer Changed Me

1st day back (part 2)

//Time skip to after science//

I grabbed my stuff and went to my locker, I gave a few girls a smile while walking through the hallway, I got to my locker, opened it and put my things inside. I grabbed my lunch money and P.E. bag, put my money in my pocket and walked to the cafeteria where I saw Armin sitting and eating with 2 more people. 'Guess he made some friends' I thought, I got some food, payed and went towards the table where Armin sat "Hey Eren!" Armin called me over when he saw me, but I felt eyes on me, I kept walking to the table as I ignored it "Hey Armin" I said as I sat down next to him, I looked at the other 2 that were eating, one was a girl with brown hair that was in a ponytail, she also had matching brownish yellow eyes, the other was a guy with a buzz cut and almost lemon yellow eyes. "So who are they?" I asked while pointing to the 2 eating "This is Sasha and this is Connie" said Armin first pointing to the girl then the boy "Guys this is my best friend Eren" he added "Hi nice to meet you" Connie said then nudged the girl called Sasha in the ribs with his elbow, she looked up for a second "Oh uh yeah what he said" she said and went back to eating.

I chuckled and ate my lunch but I still felt eyes on me this time 2 pairs, I stopped eating and Armin noticed me tense a bit "Eren what's wrong?" he asked "Um..." I calmed my muscles "Nothing" I finished, I looked around and saw Levi looking at me with his emotionless face that he has always, I ignored him and looked around again and saw Jean staring at me angrily, I chuckled then smirked. "Um...you gonna finish that?" I heard Sasha ask, I turned to face her "Nah, you can have the rest if you want" I said as I pushed the tray to her "Thank you!" Sasha said and ate the food I left, I looked at Jean again as I was leaning back in my chair, he was upside down for me as I stared back at him.

He finally had enough and walked up to me "What is it horse face haven't had enough?" I said as I was still looking at him with my head back making him seem upside down and chuckling slightly. "You little shit, I owe you bloody nose" he said angry, I finally looked at him normally, he had a bandage over his nose "What? You have a little bu bu and think you owe me one?" I said provoking him "Who do you think you are that you can talk to me like that?!" he said angrily "Eren Yeager that's who I am and always will be so when you stop being a horse face and start being a man then approach me" I said as I grabbed my P.E. bag "Hey Armin I gotta go get changed for P.E. so I'll see ya" I said "A-Alright" he said as I started walking off "Eren watch out!" I heard someone yell, I looked down and saw someone's leg go under mine making me almost fall, key word almost. I caught myself and rolled on the floor going back on to my feet, I learned a lot during summer, as I stood back up I dusted off then turned to see horse face shocked "As I said I'm Eren Yeager and when you man up approach me because you're nothing but a low life bully" I said and walked off to the entrance of the cafeteria "Oh and one more thing, whoever said watch out" I turned and smiled to everyone as I slightly scratched the back of my neck "Thank you" I finished and walked out.

I went to the P.E. changing room for guys and went to my P.E. locker, I sat down in front of the lockers in front of me and sighed "Damn can this day get any harder" I said out loud then chuckled "I swear deciding to exercise during summer and getting a haircut is the best thing I did" I chuckled again as I thought to myself thinking I was alone but what I didn't notice is that I wasn't alone, I layed on the bench I was sitting on "I just hope that I'll get a chance to go out with Levi this year unlike the embarrassment I went through last year" I said out loud while thinking then I heard the doors open and I sat up as I started getting my stuff for P.E. out of my bag.

Every guy that I had P.E. with came in and started changing, I got my jacket and shirt off and some guys stared at me, I think I saw Levi glance at my chest but I must be imagining things. I got changed into another t-shirt and shorts that go to my knees, I put on my P.E. sneakers and walked out of the changing room and went into the gymnasium. I saw a bunch of girls already there, I saw them look at me when I entered so I flashed them a slight shy smile then went to sit up on the bleachers.
