7 - The Truth

Hi guys! Here is the new update. I'm sorry I only got the chance to update today since I don't have internet connection to my dorm room yet. This would make updating really really hard. Oh well, I hope you enjoy the update! ♡

I woke up to the sound of men talking rather loudly outside of my room. Well, I'm not completely sure if it's right outside m room or downstairs. Either, it's just loud. When I got up, I looked around the room I'm staying in and all of the events came flashing to me. My parents, my brother; they're nowhere to be found. And I am here with Aidan to find them, I hope. He told me that he and his gang would help me. I decided to go to the bathroom first to freshen up before going out. I noted myself that I need clothes so I'm going to ask Aidan if I can go back to my house to get some.

On my way out of the room I noticed that the voices are actually coming from downstairs at the living room. It seems like they are watching some sports show or something and you know the boys and their sports. I started walking down and I see Aidan with four more guys. They look familiar, I saw them with Aidan before at school. I just don't know their names. The four boys does not seem to notice my presence. But Aidan notices me that's when he stoo up and walked up to me.

"I see you've woken up. Do you need anything?" I kinda feel shy infront of him because of how I looked. I'm still wearing my clothes from yesterday and I have not showered yet. And there are four other boys in here.

''Uhm, yeah. I kinda need clothes so I can have a shower. Can you drive me back to my house so I can get some?" I asked with a soft voice and we managed to catch the other's attention.

"No I can't drive you back to your house. It's too dangerous"

"But how am I suppose to change? I feel gross in this" He rolled his eyes on me

"I can lend you some shirt and shorts first, then I'll send my friends over here to go to the mall to buy you some. Is that good?" I am the one now to roll my eyes on him.

"How are they suppose to know what to get me?"

"Trust me they know. Now let's go I'll give you some clothes"

Instead of fighting back I followed him upstairs towards his room but I stayed right by the door. I felt awkward entering his room with him alone. Don't judge me here people.

"Take a pick he-" He stopped mid way of the sentence when he noticed that I am not behind him.

"I'll take whatever you give me Aidan" I replied shyly and looking down

"You can enter my room Xyrene, you know? I don't bite" He chuckles and shook his head in amusement.

"I'm fine here really. I'll take whatever"

He just shrugged and picked something up before walking back towards me to give the clothes.

"Here. Now take a shower and meet us downstairs so you can eat"

"Thank you" I send him a small smile which he returned.

I walked back to my room and he went downstairs. Once I'm inside I checked the clothes he gave me. I saw a white shirt that looks oversized for me, and black sweats which would fit me but it will be quite long. I can work with this.
