8 - You and him on the same roof?!

Hey guys! I know it's been a while. But college just started and I am still adjusting to my schedules. Also not having internet connection at my apartment makes it hard to update. Hope you understand. Love you all! ♡

Two days have passed since I moved in with Aidan and the boys. Let's just say my bestfriend does not know about it yet. She doesn't have a clue. Her having to spend the weekend at her grandparents house helped in making this situation a secret. But every secret needs to be revealed.

It's now Monday, and living here is not how you expect it to be, knowing that this is a hide out for a gang.  I will say that the boys do know how make a guest feel welcome. They actually make me feel like it's my home. That I don't need to feel shy around them. You can't take that away from me, they're gang members I can't help my self to feel guarded even tho I know they won't do anything bad to me.

I am preparing for school and Aidan's right. The boys do know what to get me for clothes. I wonder how they did that? Just as I'm about to pick my bag up, I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in" Everyone here is really respectful of my privacy and I thank them for that.

"You ready to go?" Aidan peeped his head through the small gap he's made.

I smiled at him and nodded as I walk out the door.

I also prepare myself for the questions Rachel is going to ask me once she saw me coming to school with Aidan.

The drive to school is not bad at all. But soon as we enter the school gates, I know I am doomed. As we pulled into a parking spot, I exhaled so loud that Aidan looked at me weirdly.

"What was that? Are you holding your breath all the way here?" He's looking at me with a grin in his face. I just rolled my eyes and started unbuckling my seatbelt.

"No idiot. I was just appreciating my possible last breath once my bestfriend realized that I am living at your house" He just laughed at my response and said

"You are being dramatic Xyrene" And with that he walk out of the car. With all the strength I have I got up and went out as well.

As soon as I got out of his car, everyone stops and looked at me and him and his car. I find it funny, that they have their mouths hanging open and while looking at me and Aidan like they saw us kill someone. But I keep that laughter to myself.

"Wow. They are shocked to see you with me huh?"

"I'm trying hard not laugh right now mister so can we walk a little faster?" I tell him that while holding back a laugh and he chuckled and walked fast with me.

As we got into our own rooms, I sat down on my usual seat waiting for Rachel to arrive. I decided to read my book while waiting so I got it out and started reading.

I am reading at peace and silence but that was until Rachel came in and

"Tell me it is not true! Tell me Abigail!" She is being dramatic and she snatched my book away from me. My god this girl.

"Tell you what is not true?"

"That you came to school today with Jack! It is not true, right?"
