This is my first story to be posted. Hope you enjoy! Thank you! ♡
Abigail
"Abiiii, it's time to wake up!" I groaned to myself as I hear my brother's voice calling me from downstairs. It's Monday and I don't want to get up to go to school. I'm still sleepy, I did not get enough sleep last night from doing all the school works that our professors are giving us. I just want this school year to finish already!! I know there's a couple months left, but I just can't wait anymore.
"Abi! Wake up and get down here or else you'll be late!" My brother shouted again.
"Okay okay I'm up! I'll just go get ready!"
I did my usual morning and got ready for school. I just wore skinny jeans with a knitted sweater, and I paired it with my classic white sneakers. As for my hair I just left it as is, and for my make up, I added a little bit of blush and mascara and nothing on my lips. After checking my look for the last time, I went downstairs to eat breakfast.
"Goodmorning Mom and Dad" I greeted them once I got down.
I sat down at the table next to my brother to eat "Goodmorning to you too, Abi" my brother, Ashton, said. I just stuck my tongue out on him.
"Stop fooling around you two, go eat your breakfast, me and your mother will leave for work now. Ash, take care of your sister"
That's my dad. It is normal for them not to join us during breakfast, during all meals actually. They are so busy on their work that they don't have much time to stay at home. But I won't complain, for they never forget to be parents to us. And I know they are doing it for me and my brother."Of course dad. I got her" Ashton said while smirking at me. I just rolled my eyes on him and continue eating.
Me and my brother are so close, you might not notice by the way we talk to each other, but I love him to death. He is so protective to me, to the point that no guy ever dared to go near me. Yep. That's him.
At School
I'm now here at school walking down the hall with my bestfriend, Rachel.
"Hey Abi, did you decide already if you want to play in our college's volleyball team?"
Oh, yes, I play volleyball. I used to be a varsity player of our university, but I decided to quit since college work is really hard on itself. I just can't do it at the same time.
"Uhm, not yet, but I kinda want to play this year. I miss playing inside the court" I do miss playing and I think now is a good excuse to play.
"That's great! 'Coz I already signed you up last week and we can already get our jerseys. Let's go!" Rachel excitedly said to me, and pulled me towards our gym where they are handing out jerseys for players.
Once we got there I immediately pulled my hands away from her and said, "What?! You already signed me up? Why did you do that? What if I don't want to play? You are so crazy Rach"
"But you do want to play so just thank me, okay?" She replied while rolling her eyes. This girl. She's crazy.
While she's getting our jerseys, I did not go in line 'coz I don't want to. I'm just sitting at the bleachers, waiting for her to get back.
And while waiting I'm just in my phone scrolling, suddenly I got this feeling of someone looking at me. At first I did not mind it, but minutes passed and I can still feel pair of eyes staring at me. So I looked up and looked around to see if anyone is looking but I did not see anyone.
Although, I saw someone looked away right after I lifted my head up. What's weird is, I know him. Infact, the whole campus knows about him. Why would he look at me tho?
I decided to just brush it off and not mind at all, I might be assuming things. "Here's your uniform!" Rachel handed me the jersey and I grabbed it.
Well, I hope this week goes alright!
