Smoke's POV

I stand there in complete shock after what I witness. I look over to my girlfriend as she had the she expression on her face. But I felt bad that I didn't record it till I noticed I had my phone in my hand the whole time. I look to see it was recording. I smiled harder as Kuai gave pecked Hanzo on the lips. I wanted to cry tears of happiness but it really didn't count as a kiss tho , but I have to remember, baby steps. I stop recording as Jade said

" Did you record it"

" No "

I said as I wanted to keep this to myself,knowing  Jade will show the whole wide world of this and might get Kuai killed. I put my put my phone away . We leave after we paid and I walked Jade home.

" Can't wait to tell everyone this "

" Jade honey, we have to keep this to ourselves "

" Why "

" Cause if everyone know then if my clan finds out they'll kill him and Hanzo, then me for knowing and not telling . "

I said seriously as that can happen to us. She nods and says

" OK as I don't want any of you getting hurt or killed "

I smiled as we kissed. I say goodbye as I head back the temple and tell Kuai. I make it back and head in my into my room and locked the door. I sit one my bed as I take out my phone and looked at what I recorded I continue to watch as my eyes widen in horror as I saw two of the Lin kuei in the background looking. I continue to watch as they followed Kuai and Hanzo. I stop recording and quickly called Kuai as he and Hanzo was endanger .

" Please pick up, please "

I said as it rang as he said

" Hello "

" Kuai! "

" Listen the Lin kuei are on to you! "

" What why! "

" Cause they saw you peck Hanzo one the lips and they're following you! "

" OK well OK out... "

Then I heard others in the background. I panicked as the Lin luei were fighting them. I quickly and hanged up and used my powers to teleport where they are only to see ice and blood everywhere. I can feel my eyes water up as I thought as my clan kidnapped them and going to kill them. I pick up my phone and called Jade and Bi han .

" Yeah "

" Guys! "

" Woah Smoke , what's wrong "

" They took them!  "

" They took who "

" The Lin kuei took Kuai and Hanzo! "

" What! "

They both said as they stared to panic as I told Bi han what happened and he said

" I'm coming! "

" Me too "

Then they hung up. I ran off somewhere trying to find my best friend and his other friend. I teleport to every part of the town as I crashed into Jade.

" Did you find them! "

" I looked everywhere "

" We have to keep looking! Their lives are at stake! "

She panicked as I noticed she was in some ninja suit holing a pink glowing staff. But that wasn't important. We run off trying to find them as Bi Han appeared in a blue suit with guns on the side.

" Did you find them! "

I nod no has he was upset as that was his little brother and his friend. We looked everywhere till we heard yelling in the woods. We didn't think as we ran in to we woods, hearing the screams get louder.

" Let go of him! "

" Let go of me! "

" Shut up! "

We heard as he got closer to them as we heard a yell. We approch them as they ran and attacked us but to stop as Bi han stop both of them in the head. They fall lifeless on the ground we walk into a circle to see ice and blood.

" Hanzo! "

" Kuai! "

" Guys! "

We yelled only to hear silence. We continue to look around as we look to see a body laying on the ground. I slowly walk up to it only to feel my heart skip a beat as the person laying there was Kuai.

" Kuai! "

I yelled as I was about to run up to him to to stop as something kicked me down. I get up to see a Lin kuei wearing yellow.

" Cyrax "

" You will come with us "

" No "

I said as I got up and threw a smoke bomb at him as Jade and Bi han was fighting Sektor and Hydro. I punched cyrax in the face as he kicks me stomach. I stumble back as I attacked him again.

................Time skip.................

I look down to see Cyrax laying unconscious on the ground. I pant as he was able to get good hits on me. I catch my breathing ran over to Kuai who was still laying on the ground I bend beside him and yelled.

" Kuai! Kuai wake up! "

Yelled as tears came down me eyes. I didn't want to lose my best friend, not today. I continue to shake him as I heard him groan. I stopped as he opened his eye and looked at me. I smiled as more tears came down my face as I heard.

" Sup buddy "

" Don't scare me like that dude "

" Sorry, where Hanzo "

He asked I forgot about as I was fighting Cyrax and that I didn't see him anywhere.

" We don't know "

I said sadly as he leans up off the ground and goes a blade from his crypmancy.

" Those bastards!! "

He yelled as he a Lin kuei ran up to him. He glared at them a sliced them in half. I look to see his eye glowing blue. He looks at me and said

" you will help me find him "

He voice sounded different as they weren't the mid pitch ones we heard but it was deeper and serious. I follow him as he runs in the woods only with one thing in his mind. To find Hanzo. He stops as he see drips of blood leading in one direction. We followed it till we heard head breathing. He walk to where the breathing was coming from. We continue as we stopped to see someone tied up to a tree with tape on their mouths. We rush over as it was Hanzo. He was in worst condition that I found Kuai. I stand as Kuai cuts the rope that was tied up around him and took the rope off his mouth.

" Hanzo! "

Kuai yelled as Hanzo just laid there. I felt so heart broken to watch this happen. He yells as I saw tears coming off his face.

" Kuai "

We heard as the voice was so quiet you couldn't even hear it. I look to see Hanzo staring Kuai who was smiling with tears falling off his face. Kuai lifts Hanzo off the ground and said

" We have to take him to the hospital, as I'll deal with the punishment with his parents "

He said as he walked away as I followed him. We return to Jade and Bi han covered in blood and panting hard. We run over to him and said.

" You guys OK "

" Yeah did you find them "

" Yeah "

Just said as Jade gasp at the condition they were both in.

" We have to take him to the hospital "

Bi han said as we agreed and ran all the way there.
