I've found you my new muse
That really has opened up my mind
About the meaning of everything I write
And the ones I leave behind
For you have helped me grieve
Every sorrow from my heart
That has always been there true
Even from my very start
I dedicate all of my poems to you
From the life you leave me now
For you are the one who gives my words meaning
As I read you my simple vow
Love me forever for all that I am
For each bit that makes me whole
In return I'll give you my very heart
My mind, body and soul
I'll kiss your lips gingerly
And hold you close to me
I'll be your best friend forever
And attempt to set your laughter free
I'll love you time and time again
And write these words for you
Because these are the words I wish I will whisper
When I finally say 'I do'
