Chapter 26

*Zayn's POV*

When I walked into the room where rehearsals were being held, everybody just looked at me. They literally stopped doing whatever they were doing and looked at me. I stared at everyone confused and went to go take my spot in the 'stage'.

As I started setting up everything like the microphone along with the microphone stand and also my ear piece, all of them kept staring. I kept going pretending like I didn't notice anything. Although I wasn't paying attention, I saw Louis lean towards Harry to whisper something. His whispering must've been serious because he had a serious look on his face. Harry then pulled away and replied without even bothering to whisper.

"I think we should. You tell him."

Seriousness was still sketched on Louis's face and this time he didn't whisper at Harry.

"Why do I have to tell him? You and I both know that I'm not good at breaking news."

I could see that Harry was starting to become a little irritated cause he ran a hand through his hair before talking back to Louis.

"Fine I'll do it. "

Wanting to know more of what was happening and considering that the argument had to do with me, I stopped what I was doing and looked at them.

"Zayn. Mate. Management looked into your situation."

Worry crossed my features and a thought of Ava immediately crossed my mind. What if they were making me break up with her?

"What is it Harry?" "Uh...."

I ran a stressed hand over my face and became irritated by the green-eyed lad.

"Just tell me Harry!"

He flinched a little at my reaction before speaking up with seriousness still latched in his voice.

"Well management looked into your case with Ava. Somehow they found out that she's pregnant and...." "And what?!" "They decided to cancel some shows and giving you a break of two months so you can spend time with her."

I jumped a foot in the air when I heard those words come out of Harry's mouth. I got to see Ava again. I was so happy but then the rest sank in and realized that shows were being canceled.

"What about the fans? They just can't leave them hanging."

The boys all looked at each other and then Liam talked.

"The dates were moved. All of us are gonna have two months before the tour is resumed. After the two months, the tour will resume where left off."

I nodded my head in understanding and was about to run off back to my room.

"Don't worry about packing. Niall and Louis took care of it already."

I looked around for the two lads and realized that they weren't in here. They must've left while Harry was telling me the news.

I was about to walk out when Liam stopped me once again.

"And don't worry about the plane ticket. Management has everything covered. All you need to do now is go outside and get in the van. You'll be taken to the airport and you'll just have to wait for your plane."

I nodded and almost left when I realized that I hadn't thanked them. I turned around and faced Liam and Harry once again.

"Thanks mate. I don't know how I'm going to pay you all back for this."

Once again I turned getting ready to leave and heard Harry shout out.

"Don't thank us. Thank management."

As I walked outside and getting ready to board the van, a smile appeared on my face. I was glad that I could see my Ava again.
