Hana had insisted on cooking Nae-un dinner but it didn't end there. Hana,  bundled Nae-un in blankets, despite her protests and watched a film with her frightened friend, to calm her down. Nae-un wasn't a scaredy-cat. But Hana did know that there were certain things that would have a more profound impact on Nae-un. No matter how many times she asked, Hana couldn't get Nae-un to tell her what had scared her so much. Knowing better than to pry too much into whatever Nae-un decided she wanted to keep to herself, Hana dropped the subject and focused on making Nae-un feel better instead. In the end the two of them feel asleep curled up on Hana's bedroom floor, wrapped in blankets, surrounded by pillows and Hana's precious Totoro and Hello kitty plushies.

Nae-un went on with her daily life as usual. She and Hana were still on a break from classes, the pair of them would meet in the practice room together to work on their magic. Nae-un enjoyed the free time and had fun with her friend but the memory of that night in the alley still nagged her at the back of her mind. She had thought carefully about what she had seen. She didn't hear any of their names apart from "Kook" which she had concluded was probably a nickname. She didn't even know what they were talking about, for all she knew they were slightly..... unsavoury landlords looking for over due rent. The only illegal activity she had seen going on was the man getting beaten up.

// I can't call the police to report an assault two days after it happened when I don't know who the victim was or the assailant. Besides the guy couldn't have been that badly hurt if he was able to run away. Not to mention he could have reported it already  //

With that in mind Nae-un didn't think about the incident again for the rest of the week. She didn't call the police or even tell Hana about it. She would never have even imagined that just as she was writing off the whole thing, plans were being made, plans that wouldn't allow her to forget the things that happened in the alley.

Saturday morning came. Naw-un woke up at 7:00am as usual and sluggishly showed and dressed herself for work. Her morning shift on Saturdays were with a somewhat perverted male co-worker. He had "accidentally" walked in on Nae-un changing into her work uniform on three different occasions. She solved this problem by wearing her uniform to work and changing into her regular clothes at the end of the day, by which point his shift was long over and she could safely change in peace.

Nae-un was planning on go directly to the practice room after work so she filled her backpack with the books her grandmother had given her and her notebook which contained Nae-un's personal notes on various different spells. She shoved a spare outfit that she could change into after work into her backpack and ran out the door to catch the bus.

It was still bitterly cold outside, the thin fabric of her blue shirt didn't exactly offer much warmth. Nae-un pulled her heavy black winter jacket close to her body and did her best to ignore how cold her legs felt with nothing but her uniform skirt to cover them. The skirt was modest, it reached below Nae-un's knees which Nae-un was very relieved by but she often found herself wishing her uniform was a little warmer.

When she arrived at the café she went to the back room to put her backpack into one of the lockers and tied her apron around her waist. Business was slow for a Saturday but that did mean Nae-un was able to leisurely clean the tables and help awash the plates and cups. She spent her break sitting quietly by the cash register reading a book and drinking a cup of coffee that she had made for herself. Everything was slow and peaceful, just the way Nae-un liked it. When her she finally finished work for the day. She changed into her regular clothes and left her uniform in her locker for work the next day. She walked out of the café with her backpack and head towards the bus stop.

// wait outside the café till she gets off work. Tail her as she heads towards the bus stop. Wait for her to walk past the loading bay between the offices and the convenience store. Grab her and knock her out. Nobody will see as long as I'm quick, most people are either working or out drinking or whatever now anyway. Ok let's just get this done //

Taehyung had been waiting for Nae-un outside for eight hours. He was ready to have the job finished and out of the way. He had planned everything during the week. They would have gone after her sooner but the academy didn't allow it's students to leave the campus on week days and there was no way of getting to her while she was on the school grounds without getting caught.

Nae-un continued walking to the bus stop, completely unaware that she was being followed. Just as she was walking passed the convenience store she felt someone grab her by her plait and dragged her into the loading bay where the convenience store collected it's stock. Before Nae-un could shout, squeal in surprise or call out for help, someone covered her mouth and nose with a cloth. After a split second of confusion it dawned on Nae-in what was happening.

// Oh god! He's trying to chloroform me! Hold your breath Nae-un, you need to get away and fast. //

Nae-un held her breath and started to struggle. She twisted and kicked, trying to come loose. But nothing worked, she was simply too small to throw him off. Taehyung had no intention of making the same mistake as Jungkook, he had expected her to start kicking him so none of it caught him off guard. It did hurt quite a bit though. He wasn't worried about her getting away but he was more likely to get caught the longer they stood there "Don't make this harder for yourself, just breathe and get this over with" he said into her ear "you're not going to get away from me so just make things easier for both of us"

// Is this guy seriously telling me to just let him kidnap me!?!? Like hell I'm giving up that easy, I have a chance as long as I'm conscious //

Just as Nae-un thought that, she started to run out of oxygen and her lungs started to ache. Her desperate body just wouldn't cooperate with her and she found herself taking a deep breath. The chloroform entered her system and she began to feel dizzy and light headed, movement became harder by the second and soon she wasn't able to struggle anymore. Her arms and legs started to feel limp and heavy as she did her best to stay awake. Her vision began to get blurry and just as she was about to loose consciousness entirely she heard Taehyung say "Good girl" as if to mock her. Then her vision blacked out entirely and she fell limp in Taehyung's arms.
