Half Zor-El

Chapter 3

Danielle's POV:
It's my first day today. I have to start flying there in about 5 min. I hope I do well this time I don't wanna loose another job. Last time it was too late to save that guy from dying. They blamed it on me and fired me from the hospital. It's the worst thing that's ever happened to me in my life.

" let's go." I say as I leap out of my window and fly to the D.E.O.

Kara's POV:
I have to start heading out to the D.E.O if I want to get there in time to meet... Danielle.

" hey, Lena is it okay if I leave a little early today? I'm sort of meeting someone and it's really important."

" you mean your going on a date?" Lena asked

I smiled and giggled a little. " no. I'm meeting my... " I frown sort of and look down as I take a deep breath before I say it. " I'm meeting my half sister that I just found out existed." I looked at Lena and saw a surprised look on her face.

" oh... well in that case of course." Lena said

I let a breath out as I closed my eyes for a second. " thank you Lena " I walked out the office ashamed of myself and how I reacted. I acted like it was a bad thing meeting someone who was related to me. I acted like she was an abomination. She can't be that bad. I mean she's a Zor-El. She has some kindness in her. She has to. I have all these thoughts wondering my mind as I'm flying to the D.E.O but just as I'm about to land I see another woman flying. It looks like she's headed to the D.E.O as well. As I'm lowering down to land I see her doing the same. We both landed at the same time. Me and her looking confused and amazed at the same time at each other. Then I spot Alex walking towards the both of us.

" hey Kara" Alex says with a pondering face.

" hey " I say back

The girl turns to Alex and says " hi , I'm Danielle Stephens the new doctor you hired."

Alex's POV:

Wow! She looks amazing. She's beautiful. Not what I expected. I've seen her on TV on the news station and she was okay there too but in person she's just breath taking.

" uhh... ummm... hi I'm Alex.... Alex Danvers" I say " you look way better than you do on tv" I said regretting every word and feeling embarrassed.

Danielle chuckles and says " heh ... thank you."

" mmggghmmhhh " Kara clears her throat as a sign for ( stop flirting with my sister it's weird) Kara comes in and introduces herself to Danielle.

" hi Danielle I'm Kara Danvers." Kara says while offering a hand shake.

Danielle shakes her hand back and says " hi Kara it's nice to meet you. But, why were you flying without your Supergirl outfit? Isn't that risky or something?"

Kara is flabbergasted at how quickly Danielle recognized her as Supergirl.

" how... how did you..." Danielle cut Kara off before she can finish.

" if we're being honest here the glasses don't really work much and you have the same big bright smile she has." She says with a smile painted on her face.

Kara stands there amazed.
