I WHATEVER YOU......EVERYDAY

CHAPTER FIVE FRIENDS BLUSHES AND SCOLDING..

Its been a few minutes since they left the headmasters's office with  Lan Wangji showing him the areas  around the school Wei Ying can only  nod and try to remember each place they passed by.  They passed by the archery area which quickly caught his attention.  "Hey Lan Zhan  are you part of the archery club here?"    "Mnn"   "wow that's amazing! I love archery. I'll sign for it haha. Wanna know a secret,  Jiang cheng sucks at archery"   Wei ying said as he remembers going to an archery place with his friend once and saw how bad he was in handling a bow. Seeing Wei ying smile made Lan wangji feel weird  he stopped walking and in turn Wei Ying  bumped into him. "ow!   Why did you stop Lan Zhan?"   "how are you related to jiang cheng?"    "his parents and my parents are good friends since they were  young. Since my parents are often away I'm left to stay with the jiangs haaha."  Wei ying said happily.  He decided to run inside the archery area and stopped when  he saw  a young  lad holding a bow and preparing to shoot. Being an archery practitioner he can easily tell that this person was skilled.  He watched as he shot the arrow and effortlessly hit the target on point. Wei ying couldn't help  but admire him  "wow that was amazing  how did you learn to shoot like  that?"   wei ying exclaimed excitedly which startled the  guy who instantly hid from him  making  Wei ying smile. "hey  don't run away I'm not going to eat you haha I'm We Wuxian  what's your name???"   the shy guy looked at him and then hid again.   "aww so shy it's so cute.so what's your name kid?"   "I......I'm not. A kid. My  name is Wen Ning. Wh...what are you doing here? This area is only for members of the archery club"   
Wen Ning said backing away. Wen Ying grinned  and took hold of the latter's shoulders grinning again. " aww  you're  stuttering  so adorable."    "umm... Please leave.... If Senior Lan Xichen or  Lan Wangji sees you here I might get in trouble." Wen ning said in a trembling voice Wei Ying huffed thinking what Lan zhan would do to make this kid cower in fear.he was about to say something when Lan zhan  approached them making Wen ning tremble in fear.    "Lan Wangji  this person he.... Ummm I told him to leave  please don't report me to  Lan Qiren"  Wen ning said with pleading eyes. Wei ying couldn't stand it it was obvious the kid was terrified he knew he would piss Lan Zhan off. But he didn't  want poor Wen ning to  die in fright.  "Lan Zhan stop scaring the poor guy. It was me  who approached him okay  I know I'm not a member of this archery club yet but I want to be so stop  scaring him off."   Wei ying said looking Lan zhan in the eyes. lan zhan looked away and sighed making Wen ning tremble again.   "fine join  if you want."   Lan zhan said walking away leaving  Wen ning sighing in relief and. Wei ying grinning  widely " wahh ahaha  I'm in the club now see that Wen Ning we are team mates now.  And friends right? Right?"  Wei ying said shaking the poor guy who just nodded. He hugged him and poor guy blushed making Wei ying grin even wider. This doesn't go unnoticed by Lan zhan who frowned and  stomped away. " okay Wen Ning I'll see you at practice then. " Wei ying waved and ran after Lan zhan who didn't even look at him and continued to walk. Wei ying skipped  happily ahead of Lan zhan who still had a scowl on his handsome face Wei ying Looked at him and smiled,  "why are you always scowling Lan Zhan?  Why can't you smile just like a normal person does. If you continue to be like that  you'll end up scaring everyone and worse be just like headmaster Qiren.  You're really good looking you know if only you would smile more just like Senior Xichen haha. " Wei Ying said walking ahead of him Lan zhan's face turned sour not because he was compared to his dear brother but the fact that Wei ying seemed to notice Xichen and mention  him every given opportunity. he stomped angrily ignoring  Wei ying's calls.  Lan Zhan!  Hey wait up!!   What's wrong with that guy why is he always so angry with me.  "because you annoy him what else could be the reason."   jiang cheng approached him giving him a bonk on his head.  "but I didn't do anything he's the one  who scared poor Wen ning out of his wits."   "who is Wen Ning? are you flirting off again wuxian?" Jiang cheng eyed him suspisciously. Wei ying frowned at his friend and huffed.  "of course not.  Wen ning is a member of the archery club  and boy can he  fire arrows that kid is amazing. Plus he was  so adorable stuttering and blushing like that then Lan zhan had to scare him off.  Hey Jiang cheng  you're in the archery club right?"    "yeah so?"   "then that makes us team mates ha ha"   "what??"    " yes I asked permission from  Lan zhan .... No more of like he said I can join in. Honestly I thought he was going to scold me again earlier but he just walked past me saying nothing. That guy....."   Wei ying said with a bit of hurt in his eyes jiang cheng just tapped his shoulder ushering him to continue walking. "just let him be for now and don't cause trouble."

Lan zhan walked slowly his mind replaying the scene of  Wei ying smiling at Wen ning and hugging the latter  he was so annoyed he didn't realize he was clenching his fist tightly. Deep in his thoughts he didn't notice his brother in front of him.   "Wangji ... Hey Wangji  what's wrong?"    "Xichen  how long have you beem there?"    "long  enough to see you sigh five times. What happened?"     "Nothing." 
"are you sure? The frown on your  face says otherwise. Did something happen with Wei wuxian. I heard he got scolded by Headmaster. "    "mnnn because he was late. Uncle asked me to accompany him  to be familiar with the school surroundings"    "so how did it go then?"    Xichen asked with a tiny bit of amusement  Wangji frowned again remembering the interaction between Wei ying and Wen ning.   "He joined the archery club he met with one of the members and they.... Looked quite comfortable with each other. " he said with another frown.Xichen was quite surprised. Seeing this reaction from his younger brother.    "does it bother you? "   "what?" 
"That he's comfortable with others."   "nonsense"  Lan Zhan said going inside their shared room Xichen smiled at his brother's retreating figure " yeah right continue lying to yourself Wangji... "
