a decade or so in the future, give or take 3-5 years, I'll be birthing and raising my kiddos
and I shall raise them on, among other things, the amazing collection of movies that is the Pixar Universe
but I shan't show them Cars 2
I'll just show them Cars, and then show them Cars 3 and call it the sequel
and only when they grow old enough to realize, "wait, doesn't 2 come before 3?", only when they ask me about it -
only then will I mention Cars 2's existence
and I'll just tell them that we don't speak of Cars 2
(of course, this will probably spark major curiosity, so I may have to show them anyway)
(but I could also play the "it's too violent" card like my parents did with Hunchback of Notre Dame when I was a kid)
