*» Chapter Two.

It had probably been a couple of hours since Todoroki joined the blonde in the common area; and by now Kaminari had probably finished studying. "Do you want some coffee?" Todoroki asked the blonde.

"Uhm, sure," Kaminari replied, shifting his gaze from his book to the teen opposite him.

Todoroki nodded, standing up from his spot at the small coffee table and headed over to the kitchen, bringing his cup of coffee with him as it was almost empty. The next few minutes was quiet, only the sound of the coffee brewing and the point of Kaminari's pen could be heard.

"Ah, thanks man," Kaminari smiled gratefully, taking the cup offered by Todoroki and taking a sip out of the cup.

Todoroki hummed, sitting back down opposite Kaminari. He watched carefully as Kaminari finished up the last few questions on the worksheet, not really having much else to do besides that.

"Why aren't you going to sleep, if you don't mind me asking?" Kaminari asked Todoroki, placing his pen down and taking another long sip from his cup. Todoroki shook his head, saying, "I just couldn't sleep, that's all." Kaminari nodded in understanding. "I don't really sleep much either, mostly because of my quirk," the blonde explained, staring down at the liquid in his cup.

"It must get pretty lonely at night," Todoroki asked.

"Not really," Kaminari responded, shaking his head slowly. "It's nice being alone sometimes. Helps me think and put my life together, you know?" Todoroki hummed, sipping from his cup.

And once again, it was silent. But, it wasn't an unbearably uncomfortable silence, neither was it comfortable to be in. It was, silence.

"Uh, you wanna watch a movie or something?" Kaminari asked the teen coming out of the kitchen. The two had already finished several cups of coffee and that was probably the fifth time Todoroki went to refill their cups.

"I don't mind," Todoroki said, placing down the cups with a small shrug. "I don't think we'll get any sleep tonight anyways."

Kirishima smirked. "Ya' damn right we aren't!"

Todoroki blinked a couple of times, a little confused by the blonde's sudden eagerness. Maybe it was that they were going to watch a movie? Yeah, it was probably that. "What are we going to be watching?" Todoroki asked, shuffling over to Kaminari who had a pile of DVDs in hand. "I don't know," Kaminari said, pouting out in thought which Todoroki thought was pretty cute. "We could watch a Disney film, but then we could also watch a Tim Burton since they're pretty dope, but I also have this film which I haven't watched yet, but heard it's pretty freaky," Kaminari continued on a ramble, pointing here and there. Todoroki was a little surprised by Kaminari's wide knowledge of different movies and their genres, but he was also a little impressed. "We don't we watch this?" Todoroki asked, pointing to a film that had an animated girl on it.

"You want to watch the Little Mermaid?" Kaminari asked, picking up the disk and then looking at Todoroki. "I mean, I like the movie and songs, but I didn't think you'd be into this kind of stuff." Todoroki shrugged. "I like mermaids. They're pretty cool in my opinion," The mismatched set of eyes looked into Kaminari's with a sense of embarrassment.

"Then, I don't mind watching it with you," Kaminari said, shoving the pile of DVDs off to the side and inserting the disk into the DVD player.

Kaminari sat on the couch, Todoroki sitting on the opposite end. They were only a few minutes into the movie when Kaminari needed a refill. "Hey, you want a refill? I'm all out." Kaminari asked, directing his question to the teen sitting beside him. Though, when Kaminari saw how amazed Todoroki was by the movie, it made him feel butterflies in his stomach.
