Zach's POV:
when alex called me, the line got disconnected. i ran into the other room and told jack i was going to the hospital and id be back soon. when i got there i was greeted by a nurse in the visiting section of the hospital. "hi, i'm sorry visiting hours are closed for the night." she was the same lady that had taken alex from me in the emergency room. id never seen her before. "yeah, i was just making sure Alex was ok. i brought her to you earlier and you said to come back tomorrow?" she was smiling wide. i was creeped out. "alex is sleeping right now. come back at 9 am and you can see her." she was still smiling. "what room number is she in?" i asked looking over the desk. i then glanced at the door to the left where all the rooms are and then at the door to the right that had a new sign that said "no entry." i glanced back at the lady and she replied, still smiling "1,004" i gave her a death stare. "rooms here only go to 900." i said while tilting my head. she gulped. "it's a uh, new area of the building. it has um equipment for people with Alex's disease." "cancer isn't a disease you bitch. Where is alex?" i demanded slamming my hand on the desk. before i knew it a needle was stabbed into my neck. "don't worry zachy. i've got you." someone whispered before everything went black.

i woke up in a room that looked like a hospital room. but it was different. the wall paper was peeling off the wall and the things i was hooked up to weren't even on. i tried to get up from the bed but couldn't move. i heard banging coming from the room next to me. i started screaming help but that was a mistake. the door opened and in walked someone dressed in doctor gear, shining a flashlight at me so i couldn't see their face. i squinted and the person grabbed my face. "hello zach" "melissa." i grunted. i tried to pick my arms up but couldn't. "still, numb?" "where is Alex?" she turned the flashlight off and sat on my lap. "she's," she smiled at me "suffering." "melissa you don't understand-" she cut me off. "no i completely understand. you pushed everyone away from her and i was the only person who stayed by her. i could've been just like you and bullied her, but i didn't. and the minute you have a glow up and say two meaningless words, she makes you her best friend. she stopped talking to me and treated me like shit. so now she will suffer. and in order to make that happen, i need you." "me? why me?" i asked forgetting i needed to tell her Alex is pregnant. "because, having fun with you, will make Alex mad. and then, your relationship will be done." she smiled an evil smile and put her hands on my chest. she leaned down and kissed me. good thing i could still use my mouth. i spit on her face and she slapped my cheek with the flashlight. "ALEX IS PREGNANT YOU BITCH!" i screamed. i watched her face go from shocked to an evil smile. i shouldn't have told her that. she walked out of the room and i wound up laying there for an endless amount of time.

Jack's POV:
it's been 4 hours. Zach wasn't answering me. Alex wasn't answering me. something was wrong. Took the kids to school then rushed to the hospital. Zach's car was the only one in the lot. i went inside to see a lady sitting there with a smile. ew. "hi, i was wondering if someone named Zach was here to visit Alex?" "i'm sorry, visiting hours are closed." she was still smiling. "but his car is in the lot." i said giving her angry eyes. her smile wiped away and she stood up and tried to grab me. i ran out the door and called 911. "my friends have been kidnapped by a nurse in the hospital." the cops came and began searching the whole hospital. the cops also checked security footage and they couldn't find them. they were lost.
