Waves clashing down my head

Ripples and currents right ahead

Where confusion reigns as king

Where my resilience starts to sink

I walked at the field

With a hollow mind and a blurry feel

I walked more 'till I saw him

Waved a 'hi' then my vision cleared

I smiled to a fellow

Surprisingly, our conversation wasn't shallow

I turned to him with a profound face

He gave two thumbs up with smile on his face

I seemingly try to mask

As I try to gain companions, at last.

The waves clashing my head

Where all my anxiety is being said

Yet he is here.

With his warm presence, I  feel no fear

I sink in the bottom of our conversations

'Till I hear the muffling sounds of my heart's confessions

How I wish you knew

How you cleansed me for the anew

Where my currents calm and waves lower

When you are here, my imaginary lover.
