i woke up and i was in an unfamiliar room. i looked around and saw a hoodie on the ground. i'm in joey's fucking room what the hell.

i reached for my phone to check the time, 7:52 pm.

sophia was coming home at five oh my god.

i rolled out of his bed, grabbing my phone and opening his door. i walked down the hall to sophia's room when i heard arguing downstairs.

"joey i told you to knock it off" a girl's voice said. sophia

"i try sophia. there's something about her. she's not a hoe like everyone else." i heard joey's voice say.

"she's sophia's friend jo." another girls voice said.

"i know. i'm sorry i guess. i just think i really like her" joey said softly.

wait what. joey likes me. what the fuck.

i stopped listening to their conversation as my phone dinged. i looked at my phone and saw text messages form kenzie.

i texted kenzie back,

yes it was a dare
and no she doesn't and she won't find out so don't you dare tell her kenz.

i sent and sighed as i heard a door slam.

did the kiss really mean something more to joey? did it mean more to me? no i could not have meant more.

i questioned the saying 'no feelings attached.' maybe it did mean more to me. maybe it didnt. joey is sophias brother. so it can't mean more, right?

i walked downstairs to see bella and sophia. no joey.

"oh my god" bella yelled and ran to hug me.

"hey b" i said smiling and hugging her back. "it's so good to finally see you" i said letting go.

"i know right! oh my god" she said taking her phone out. "smile" she said as i smiled and took a picture of me, posting it on her snapchat story.

"mags" sophia said.

i turned to her and saw she had a disappointing face.

"what's up soph" i said looking at her confused.

"what's going on between you and joey" she said folding her arms.
