i feel guilty telling sophia i don't like joey, but i need my best friend back.

i scurried through my bathing suit drawer and found a olive green binki and quickly put it on. i grabbed a plain black cropped tank top and light washed jean shorts and put them on over my bathing suit.

i went into the bathroom and brushed my hair and then french braided it so i wouldn't have to worry about my hair flying everywhere since it can get windy at the beach.

i brushed my teeth and then walked over to my tanning lotion and oils and put them all in a sling bag along with a phone charger and towel. i slipped on my slides grabbing my keys and phone and walk out the hotel room locking the door.

i walked to my car and got in plugging my phone in to charge and then started driving to sophias house.

once i got there i beeped my horn and started texting her that i'm here. as i was doing so i looked up and saw joey's window. i saw a figure and realized it was a blonde girl but i couldn't see him through the window.

"hello?" sophia said poking me.

"o-oh sorry" i said laughing a little.

"guess he doesn't like me anymore so you have nothing to worry about." i said motioning up to his window.

"joey the fuckboy is back into play." she said rolling her eyes. "i hate him like this. i wish he would realize that his sister lives here too" she said sighing.

"yeah" i mumbled and put the car in reverse and pulled away.

i thought he actually liked me.
maybe i'm overreacting,
no sophia said joey the fuckboy
so i guess he's done with me.

'i'm gonna change' my fucking ass.
