"what do you mean what's going on with me and joey" i said playing with my ring.

"soph" bella said through gritted teeth.

fuck does she know?

"are you playing stupid or something? cmon mags everyone saw the kiss" she said getting frustrated.

i'm going to kill joey. this wasn't suppose to happen.

"it was a dare" i said folding my arms, trying not to seem as nervous as i was.

"really? cause in the video on messymonday it doesn't seem like a dare." sophia said opening her phone.

she searched up messymonday's name and motioned me over holding her phone up. on her phone was a video of joey and i kissing but with the dare part cut out.

"oh my god. you can literally go on joey's account and watch the live yourself. right before that happened everyone dared us. there was no feelings attached soph." i lied. there were clearly feelings attached even if neither one of us wanted to admit it.

"i'm sorry. i just hate the feeling of my brother and best friend dating." sophia said hugging me.

fuck.

"i love you soph. i promise nothing is going on" i lied again hugging her back.

"okay, i love you too mags" she said letting go.

"now that we are all okay can we go get something to eat?" bella whined.

i turned around to her and smiled. "you read my mind" i said shaking my head.

i felt a vibrate and noticed i got a text message. i turned on my phone and say that joey texted me. oh no.

i opened my phone and read the message,

mags we need to talk. can i come over?

i reread the message over and over. why was i so nervous to respond? i cant blow sophia and bella off.

i texted joey back saying i'm going to dinner with bella and sophia and that we can talk after.

i cant believe i'm saying this but i think i really like my best friend's brother.
