A meow pierces the silence.
Toe beans pad across the floor.
Will she wake them up with violence?
She pounces in the humans' face, eyes open wide.
The mother human tells her kids to quickly run and hide.
She crawls in fear towards the door.
The cat stalks behind her.
She's getting closer, halfway across the floor.
The demon cat sprints to a bowl,
It happens to be empty.
She awaits her food,
These humans' take so stinking long,
it's really rather rude.
This is about my own cat, i'm sure some cat owners out there can recognize the situation...
