Chapter 8 - Ray goes into a trance

Savory and Kythryn walked in and after separating to toss their bags on their beds they walked back out and noticed the door. Savory had been notified she needed to move her things over by the end of the day once they had walked in, "Bah, I don't feel like moving my stuff this second. I think I am going to flop on the couch and relax."

Kythryn snickered at her reaction, "I can help you and it won't take nearly as long." She gave her a sly look, "Should we move all your things to Hands' bed? I know that the two of you usually end up in the same bed."

Savory blushed and swacked at her and growled, "Not funny, Hands is just comfortable to sleep next to." She really tried but her lips were twitching in amusement, "That and he smells yummy."

Kythryn laughed at her, "Come on lazy bones let's get you moved and then you can collapse." She pulled Savory up from the seat and urged her into the other section and started packing her and Hands' things up.

Salty and Spicy came over as well to help with Nuzzle's stuff, "We were notified we are getting one new girl and one slightly older girl once you have moved." Salty said, "I rather like the door and larger section, poor Hands though, having to shower with older girls." She snickered at that.

Savory rolled her eyes and noticed the confused look on Kythryn's face, "Where Hands is from communal showering is normally only at school after gym class and the same gender. At home, they shower alone and sleep alone unless they are intimate with someone. Showering with both genders normally doesn't happen either except when very young or as an adult. It took him a month to really get comfortable with us older girls showering at the same time. He never really explained what the problem was and seems to turn pink when anyone asks." She shrugged when she said that.

Kythryn had to blink at that since it sounded so weird. Then again, she only showered with girls and had never really contemplated what it might be like having a boy in the shower, "Huh, interesting, anything else we might need to be made aware of?"

Salty snickered for a moment, "Yes, since you are older he will likely be more comfortable if you have shorts and a short top on when you are sleeping." She snickered at a few memories of his waking up horrified to find one of the girls curled up next to him with just the shorts on.

Kythryn had to blink again and contemplated it, "How odd, I might have to ask him about this at some point. Anyways we have all the stuff ready to be moved over." She grabbed a stack of clothes and started carrying them over. It didn't take all that long before they were all done and everything was put away, "I am hungry and feel a snack coming on. Anyone want to come with and help me get some snacks?"

Several girls offered to help and the four walked out of the room only to walk back in. They were followed in by the interim Temple Mother. With her were two younger girls, "I need all the girls to come in here for a few minutes. I need to introduce the two new girls and I need to talk to you about some things which happened today."

She settled down on one couch and urged the two girls up next to her. As she was helping, the girls from Hands' old section were trickling in and eventually most everyone was there. Those who weren't had gone home for the weekend so the Temple Mother contacted them via the implant. This was so they had the same information as the other girls.

Once everyone had settled down the Temple Mother gave everyone a warm smile, "This is Star Fall and she goes by Star. This is River Song and goes by River. Star is new here so please do what you can to welcome her and help her settle in. River is moving from a different section and has been here for a while but again make her welcome and help her settle into this section as well."
