When they got off the train and were walking back to town, Nate and Katie put their Yo-kai Watches back into their bag, and after a moment of thought, they slipped their necklaces into the bag as well.

"I have no clue how they didn't notice the tags on our necklaces, but until further notice, they're going in here."

Hovernyan looked in the distance and decided to say something that had been on his mind since they were on the train.

"Hey, guys? Before we head to the secret base, there's something I want to tell you..."

Hovernyan took a deep breath, nervous about the words that were about to come out of his mouth.

"I know these kids pretty well and there's no doubt in my mind that they're starting to realize that there's more to you guys than what they were told...so, what I'm trying to say is...I want you to reveal your true identities when the time is right."

The kids stopped as they looked at Hovernyan.

"Are you sure?"

Hovernyan nodded as he looked ahead.

"Yes. We're going to have to break the charade at some point and it's best that we do it before the Wicked Yo-kai try to attack us and destroy the Yo-kai Watch for good."

Hovernyan did make a good point and seeing that they had no clue what the Wicked Yo-kai were planning at this moment, they had to prepare for anything and that meant letting Nathaniel and Kenny know what was going on.

"Hey, we're back with the parts you wanted us to collect!"

Without looking up from his desk, Nathaniel stuck his hand out and said,

"Hand them over, if you please."

Nate and Katie handed the parts over and the group sat down and watched as Nathaniel and Kenny started putting the parts together.

"Where are you from, if you don't mind us asking?"

Kenny was attempting to start a conversation to break the awkward silence of the room and given that they knew they were going to be questioned further at some point, the group just decided to go with it, especially since they were going to have to break the charade.

"Springdale."

"How long have you been able to see Yo-kai for?"

"Well, I've been able to sense strange auras, but I haven't been able to actually see Yo-kai until about a few weeks ago along with Nate."

"Anyone in your families able to see Yo-kai other than you?"

Nate and Katie looked at each other before answering,

"Well, apparently our grandfathers were able to see Yo-kai. Other than that, we have no clue."

"And Lucas?"

"My family's been able to see Yo-kai for years. The ability goes back for quite a while, actually."

Seeing that Lucas was Yo-kai royalty, that was as close to the truth as he was willing to admit to anyone at the moment.

"So...who was your grandfathers? Maybe we've heard of them?"

Nate casually stated as he gestured to both of them,
