*District 2*
The Reaping day.I wasn't like all girls in this town. I liked adventures. I train daily. This is my chance, my chance and only .
I was walking towards the reaping area. The man slit my hand. I felt nothing .
"Ladies and gentlemen!Men first!!"Mushu said."I know I am funny so here is a dance."Mushu does the Macarena dance.
*Crowd laughs*
"Chien-Po".Mushu Screams."Ladies next,Mulan Liang"Mushu said.
My heart beats faster than its normal beating.I was happy.I looked at my mom which was crying. I was about to talk to her that is when I heard a scream.
"I volunteer."Shang said.
"Shang and Mulan from District 2." Mushu said as Shang and I shook hands.
*Talking with mom and dad*
My mom was swimming with her tears.I wiped some of her tears assuring her that I will try my best.
She gave me the white part of the ying-yang. I hugged her.
My dad was trying to be strong , but I knew his heart was breaking.I hugged him and said goodbye to them.
I will miss them.
