Some don't understand the rules or the regulation — so here's some insight into the legislation,

Sexual workplace harassment is a form of discrimination — unlawful when it becomes severe or pervasive without persuasion,

Sometimes those who come forward with allergations of misconduct in the workplace are forced to leave their jobs in the worst case,

Those who stand up are only looking for justice not personal retribution — not coming forward to get rich and famous — only wanting to show that the harasser isn't blameless,

No standing back for forced early retirement,
Gotta stand up for women empowerment,

Need to change the law because it revolves around intent to commit a crime regardless of the end result — even if that person is actually at fault — it's a loophole used for victim blaming which is as bad as body shaming,

We gotta arrange for a time to change because if we don't — the change won't come — we'll be stuck in the past realising that's what we've become,

Strong women need a stronger presence in the essence of films too — female characters don't always need to be saved as they always do — raise the awareness for equality and we'll be praised for the path that we paved,

They shouldn't be forced into the subplot 'cause they've got their own talents that are sure to amaze so that they aren't forced aside by men time and time again — at least we hope not,

People have to start believing and not simply day dreaming of that future and maybe then they'd be able to break the glass ceiling.
