Chapter Eight

5/15 Sunday, Daytime

"So crowded." Morgana pointed out as the group finally entered the art exhibition.

"So many people must love Madarame or the art of his," Eliza said looking at the number of people walking and looking at different pieces of art.

"You came!" Yusuke appeared and smiled at the girls then noticed the boys behind them.

"Uh... yea." Ann replied.

"You really came," he said with a sour tone when he looked at them.

"What'd you expect when you left us those tickets!?" Ryuji shot back and Eliza shakes her head.

"Please mind Ryuji, we are very thankful you gave us these tickets for the exhibition."

"Very well," he looks at Ryuji again. "Make sure that you don't get in the way of the other visitors. Come now, I'll show you around. I'd like to speak more about the picture I'd like to draw too. If you don't mind, I would like for Eliza to accompany us as well."

"You want me to join you two?" She asked shock as the encounter they had with him, he was only interested in Ann.

"If you don't mind, that is."

"Well, it would be very terrible of me to say no to such an offer. I'll gladly join you two on the tour of the arts."

"Well, see you guys later." Ann said with her and Yusuke walking away first.

"Just a quick advice. Before you decide to try and leave, try to get any type of information on Madarame if you want my help with such evidence. Just notifying you. I'll converse with you another time."

They saw her walk away and Morgana pop outta the bag.

"She will definitely be helpful for our thieves business. I wonder if she will have the chance to obtain a persona and join us."

"Now that you mentioned that, I was wondering the same thing. I mean, she just started helping us but even I feel like she been of help here and there. Wonder if she's dealin' with issues herself." Ryuji commented and Akira nodded.

"We should gather information about Madarame right now. If she is in trouble, she'll come right after."

"I guess we should do a quick pass through it once. Uh... which way are we supposed to start?"

As they walked further in, Ryuji stops and looks over to his right to see Madarame surrounded by two interviewers and a cameraman.

"We continue to be truly surprised by your imagination. You have such expensive styles, it's hard to believe that it all stems from one person. Where in the world does all your inspiration come from?"

"Well... It is rather difficult to put into words. They naturally well up from within my heart like bubbles rising one after another in a spring."

"Naturally, you say?"

"What's more important is to distance oneself from worldly desires such as money and fame. My Atelier is a modest shack, but it is more than enough to pursue true beauty."

"A shack?" Ryuji questioned

"I see... So the act of emptying one's mind gives rise to inner beauty. Still, to think we could hear the word "shack" coming from the great artist Madarame."

"You would understand if you saw it. Hahahahaha..."

"Wasn't the word shack something..."

"Madarame-san is actually here!?" a sharp-eyed customer yelled out with another that was very excited saying "Over there!"
