Crimson and her team walked further down the passageway and saw a flight of stairs going down. They took out their guns and went down, cautious that anyone could jump them at any point of time.
They walked down till the bottom floor, where the lights flickered on. The team raised their guns, ready for any surprising attacks. None. Just a conference room, and a hell lot of pictures.
They scanned through the picture and found plans to kill people. Most of them have already been executed. Then came the exciting bit. There was a whole line of people from The Forsaken. Crimson whipped out her phone and started taking pictures.
"Crimson? You might want to see this," Merlyn said.
Everyone crowded around him, and they saw themselves, Crimson, Merlyn, Aaron and Raven, marked as targets.
At the top of the list, was Jack Matthew Cage.
They turned around and saw live footage of Jack Cage, peacefully eating at a restaurant.
"Shit," Crimson muttered to herself.
*

Cage was one of the most observant teenagers in the country. He was alive today because he was observant. His ability to watch and notice even the smallest details is what allowed him to rise to the ranks and they stunned a lot of people, himself included.
And today, Cage had been eyeing a specific photographer. This photographer was there the second Cage went to Laurence's house, and it has followed him ever since. If Cage didn't know any better, he was taking a video of Cage.
    The Forsaken.
Cage continued to eat as if he saw nothing. If it wasn't for his observant skills, Cage would not have noticed him. He probably came from Australia, Cage's hometown, and his clothing made him look like a tourist. Had Cage not noticed him following him, Cage would have been oblivious to this man.
Cage then got up and headed for the nearest bus stop, seeing if the man would follow him.
    He did.
No way Cage was going to cause a scene in public. It was way too risky and he could spot traffic police everywhere around the road. Cage went to the bus stop and immediately a bus came, as if waiting for Cage's arrival. Cage hopped on the bus and so did the man.
    Predictable.
It was a predictable move by the man and it was what Cage was wholly rooting for. Cage then sat back and plugged in his MP3 player and started listening to songs. Pure habit. The second Cage sees a place where he can settle the man, he would get off. But at the moment, he was in the city, so it will be a long ride before such a place pops up. So Cage rested, half awake to see if the man would attack him, half asleep.

Crimson and her team took note of every detail of everything. She tore down certain things which could be important, like the names of those in The Forsaken. The leader was never identified by his real name, so no one knows.
"Goes by the name John," Raven read from the file.
"Helpful," Crimson said sarcastically.
"Let's get out. We might get caught," Merlyn pointed out and they all agreed. They took what they needed, and headed out.
"What are we going to do about Cage? They've got eyes on him 24/7," Aaron stated.
"He will be fine," Crimson said.
"How do you know?" Merlyn questioned.
"Look at his patterns. They are small, but he already knows he's being watched. He's now waiting to reach the ideal place to jump the guy. Knowing Cage, he can do that without issues," Crimson said, and they headed off.
As they went back to the house, 5 Forsaken members stood before them, guns loaded and aimed at them.
    "Wonderful," Aaron murmured.
*

Cage was bored. Really, really bored. His target was just a few seats behind him, and he couldn't do a thing. Cage hates a few things, and one of them is feeling powerless. That's how he felt right now, powerless as he could not do anything to hurt
the man. Not only was he bored, he was frustrated.
Later, 3 more men entered the bus and sat next to the photographer. They had a small talk and watched Cage.
Terrific, Cage thought. Now he has more problems. And the nearest deserted area was a few stops away.
*

"Hands in the air, weapons down," the lead gunman said.
"How about no?" Crimson asked.
Then, he shot at the floor near Crimson's leg.
"Put your weapons down!" He exclaimed.
They looked to each other and nodded, then they put the guns and daggers down.
"Turn around, hands in the air, this is an execution," he told them.
They turned around, and Crimson started mouthing a countdown.
3, 2, 1.
Crimson took the bat and flung it at the gunmen.
Then, she and her team charged towards them and beated them mercilessly. Crimson took the lead gunman by the shirt and pounded his head 5 times with the bat before kicking his groin and snapping his neck. Another man cane from behind her, attempting to pull her hair, but Crimson was alert.
She turned around and grabbed his arm, and later twisted it until he screamed in pain. Then, like a gymnast, she flipped over the man, with his hand still in her's, and strangled him till he died.
Aaron, Raven and Merlyn has beaten their foes with just stabs of daggers and punches and kicks. They looked at each other and Crimson said, "Piece of cake."
Then, they walked out casually as if nothing had happened.
