TWENTY

I just couldn't let them hurt me or my family. He pointed the gun and my wife and daughter, and I panicked. I will forever remember the moment I feared for everything I've lived for. I watched as he pulled the trigger on each one of them.
I had nothing left to live for. But I could avenge them. I could kill the man who killed my family. I did some quiet digging and found out the man is from a gang known as The Serpents.
Brilliant. All I had to do was form a gang of my own. Shouldn't be so hard. In fact, it turned out to be easy. And now, I'm close. I found the killer and I beat him mercilessly, breaking both his arms, both his legs, then his back. Right afterwards, I broke his neck.
I had done it. I had avenged my family. But I wanted more. More power, more control. I decided to keep going, keep hiring. And, just so I can always be a step ahead, I became one of them, secretly. It's time to take control, for this beautiful country is mine for the taking.

"Laurence?" Cage said, shocked and stunned.
"Hello Jack, long time no see," Laurence said with a grin.
"It was you all along," Crimson said angrily.
"Yes. Yes it was. See, when I heard a young boy was causing trouble to the Changs, I was surprised but at the same time, I didn't believe it. Until you walked right in Cage. You gave me the proof I needed to know you were true," Laurence said.
"But you... you saved me from Mike," Cage said, shakily.
"Yes I did. His punishment for not being able to protect his family, to protect the business. Even if he had defeated you, he would have died by my hand anyway. I just thought it would be more fun to watch you kill him, so I could gain your trust," Laurence said, chuckling.
"So when I handed you those files, I was really just giving it back to The Forsaken was I?" Cage asked.
"Yes, yes you did," Laurence said.
"We are finishing you off right here, right now," Crimson said darkly.
"I look forward to that. I've been waiting a long time you two. You've stumbled across me so many times yet you never saw me. Well, regardless, we are all here, together. At the end of it all," Laurence said, grinning.
Cage then locked the toilet door, and he and Crimson moved towards Laurence, anger boiling in them.
Then, Crimson made her move.
In a quick flash, Crimson gave Laurence a solid punch to the face and kneed his stomach. Then, she punched him in the chest and strangled him. She threw him a metre away from her, where Cage was waiting. Cage's elbow crashed into Laurence's chest. Laurence attempted to throw a punch at Cage, but Cage grabbed his hand and used his free hand to land a fatal uppercut to Laurence's jaw. He then flung Laurence and he crashed into a mirror.
Cage and Crimson went closer to Laurence, and Laurence made his move. He grabbed a metal bar shaped like a hook from under the sink and used it to hook Cage's ankle and tripped him. He then got up and kicked Cage hard in the side. Crimson took the opportunity to kick his back and punch his face. Then, she pulled his hair and smashed his face on the sink. Laurence groaned in pain but got back up and head butted Crimson. Crimson, disoriented, moved away from Laurence, who landed a solid right hook across her face.
By then, Cage had got back to his feet and he lunged at Laurence, and they crashed into a cubicle. Cage attempted to pin Laurence to the wall of the cubicle but Laurence kicked him hard in the stomach and used the metal bar to hit his leg hard. Cage screamed in pain and fell, and Laurence kicked him in the chest so hard that the impact made the door of the cubicle break as Cage landed. Laurence got out of the cubicle and punched Cage in the face.
For the first time in a while, Cage was down.
Not Crimson. She got up and Laurence tried using the hook to strangle her, but she used her arm to block it. She used her other free hand to punch Laurence hard in the face. Laurence stumbled back from the impact of the blow, and Crimson kicked him hard in the chest.
Crimson ran and checked on Cage, who was clearly hurt bad, but Cage was conscious and still able to fight. He's been in fights worse than this. Laurence then appeared from behind Crimson and pulled her hair and flung her across the toilet. Cage then got to his feet and punched Laurence hard in the face, then booted his chest hard. Cage grabbed Laurence by the shirt and smashed him to a wall, then he punched Laurence in the stomach twice. He then flung Laurence to the ground.
Crimson was already back on her feet when Laurence hit the floor, and she kicked him hard in the face. Laurence rolled in pain, but he didn't let that stop him. Laurence quickly got up and used his forearm to block a punch Crimson was about to throw at him. Laurence then kicked her in the leg and punched her in the face. Cage attempted a punch to Laurence's face, but Laurence blocked it, and landed an uppercut to his jaw. Cage hit the floor and Laurence kicked Cage in the stomach.
    Crimson saw the metal bar Laurence used and in a swift motion, she hooked his right hand and kicked his back. Laurence fell down beside Cage, who grabbed his shirt and pinned him to a wall, and he gave Laurence a solid right hook. They both fell in pain.
Crimson grabbed Laurence by the hair and pulled him up and strangled him, holding him in place.
Cage got up and tossed his jacket aside, and he delivered 4 punches to Laurence's stomach. Crimson then tossed Laurence to the floor and Cage grabbed his hand and flung it over his shoulder, then he tossed Laurence right into a mirror.
Crimson went to Laurence and kicked him in the stomach. Hard. Cage then kicked him in the stomach and he skidded a few feet from them. Laurence attempted to kick Cage but Cage caught his foot and twisted it.
CRACK
Cage had broken his leg, and Cage then took Crimson's hand and brought her away.
"What are you doing Cage?" Crimson asked.
"Giving you a choice. His leg is broken. He won't get up any time soon. You deserve this chance more than anyone, you've waited for 4 long years," Cage said, and he took out his Glock.
"He's yours to kill," Cage said, giving it to her and walking away, leaving Crimson with Laurence.
