Aurora knew that being a teenager made you make stupid decisions. However, tonight she was not the one making them (quite surprising-).
She was quite upset, and she just didn't want to think about the possibility that she may never return to Hogwarts - that it would all be over. It felt like she hadn't even really been here that long. She had till the end of the night to leave.
After Umbridge expelled her they had been quiet the uproar - she thrived about that of course. Fred and George demanded one last party before she went and turned the corridor outside Umbridge's office into a swamp so she couldn't come. Hermione and Ron weren't told anything other than that she was out with Harry and Luke.
The worst part was the fact she had no "legal," guardian.
Inevitably, she was expecting her grandparents to show up any moment and pull her out.
That was the part that was making her upset.
The fact that even though over these last few months she had managed to push her grandparents out of her life, and her thoughts - they always found their way back into her life.
Once they came, she really wouldn't have a way to leave.
So, she focused her thoughts elsewhere, and right on Beckham.
From across the room, Harry tried to keep his eyes anywhere else but failed. He had also had more than one of the drinks that Fred and George had brought. Considering it was his first time having drank this much, he felt oddly weird. He noticed since yesterday Aurora had been avoiding him.
And now she leaving.
"Here mate." Dean hands him another drink. "Have this. I'm actually entertained watching you drink so fast. Is it Black whose making you like this?"
Did everyone bloody know? Harry thought.
"Don't you think you've had enough?" Ron quickly took the drink. He frowned. "I know that you're not happy about her leaving-"
