Listening to Magica taught dime Scrooge was annoying to say the least. (Y/N) half-listened as she struggled to pick the lock of the cage she was currently in. She was surprised the magic cage even had a lock to begin with!
Magica De Spell wasn't as smart as she was expecting.
With a satisfying click the cage dissolved into nothing. Magica didn't seem to notice. Instead the witch was focused on the kids.
The kids?!
(Y/N) jumped into action immediately. She wasn't letting that witch hurt innocent children. She snuck around the back of the bin, making sure to keep behind the witch at all times.
The kids were fighting a fierce battle. It made her proud, but she didn't have time to focus on that. She watched, wide-eyed as Magica unwillingly freed Scrooge from the dime.
That was her chance.
She leapt from her hiding place and tackled the witch, grabbing at her wand. Even when shoved off or pushed back with magic she kept coming at her with punches and kicks.
Scrooge could only watch wide-eyed.
Ba-bump.
Catching himself, the trillionaire leapt into the fight alongside her.

When the battle was done and the kids were tucked into bed, Scrooge approached the woman in the foyer. She reached up to play with a lock of her hair, smiling nervously at her boss.
"Lass," he started reaching out to take her hand. "Aye've never seen such bravery in me life."
(Y/N)'s cheeks lit up and she giggled. "T-Thank you."
"Aye was wonderin' if yew would accompany me to dinner?"
"I would love to."
