Confession

Sohye and Jung Mi were in the hallway. Sohye held both Jung Mi's hands.

Sohye: Jung Mi..
(She said hesitating.)

Jung Mi: What is it?
(She asked smiling.)

Sohye: I have something to tell you.. Promise you won't tell anyone?..
(She asked seriously.)

Jung Mi: I promise.

Sohye took a deep breath.

Sohye: I.. Like, Taehyung. Kim Taehyung.
(She said looking down, shy.)

Jung Mi smiled widely.

Jung Mi: Really? When? How?
(She said laughing.)

Sohye: Yah.. I don't really know either. He's just so caring.

Jung Mi snorted.

Jung Mi: Caring?

Sohye: What? He is.

Jung Mi: He is such a jerk and so rude.

Then Taehyung and Jungkook walked around the corner to see them.

Jungkook: Who is a jerk and rude?
(He asked curious, overhearing their conversation.)

Both Sohye and Jung Mi turned around to see them both standing there. Jung Mi looked at Taehyung.

Jung Mi: Huh? Nothing. Let's go.
(She said holding onto Sohye's hand walking towards their class.)

Later that night in Jung Mi's room.

Jung Mi laid down on her bed staring at her ceiling as she took a deep sigh.

Jung Mi: Why does he keep looking at me like that?
(She asked confused as a flashback of her memory came to her head.)

She put a pillow over her head and silently screamed.

But then she remembered that her friend Soyhe likes him. So she couldn't possibly grow any feelings for him.

The next day at school.

Jung Mi saw Jungkook walking inside. She quickly ran to catch up with him.

Jung Mi: HI.
(She said smiling.)

Jungkook: Oh. You're here early.
(He said smiling back.)

Jung Mi: Of course. My father leaves for work early, so he dropped me off.

They walked to class together. They were the first ones there, since it was really early. So they were alone in the classroom.

Jung Mi and Jungkook both put down their things on their desks.

Jungkook: What do you do when you get here early?

Jung Mi: Uhh..
(She said thinking.)
I just usually study.
(She said a bit embarrassed.)

Jungkook: Did you eat yet?

Jung Mi: I had some with my father this morning.
(She lied as her stomach growled, she looked down flustered, trying to hide her face.)

Jungkook smiled.

Jungkook: Wait here.
(He said leaving the classroom.)

When he came back, he saw Jung Mi sleeping on her desk. He smiled, as he walked towards her with some snacks and a drink in his hands. He sat on the desk next to her and tried to quietly put down the things.

Then he laid down facing towards her as well, looking at her face up close as she was sleeping.

After a few minutes, Jung Mi woke up and saw the snacks on her desk. She sat up and looked for Jungkook, but he wasn't in the classroom.

As Jungkook was walking down the hallway, something caught his eyes. He turned around and looked at the piece of paper taped on the board more closely.

It was a piece of paper, saying that each homeroom needed a team of any boy willing to play basketball, for the upcoming festival. Jungkook ripped the paper off the board, crumbled it and threw it in a trash can nearby.

Sohye saw him from afar, and was confused of why he did that. Then she saw Taehyung.

Sohye: Taehyung!
(She said smiling as she waved, running towards him.)

Taehyung looked at her.

Sohye: Annyeong. (HI)
(She said waving while smiling at him.)

Taehyung gave her a weird and weak smile.

Taehyung: Uh.. Annyeong.

Sohye: Did you eat yet?
(She asked as they started walking.)

Taehyung: Yeah.

Sohye bit her lips.

Sohye: Then do want to eat lunch together later.

Taehyung: I don't know. I might be busy. Eat with Jung Mi instead.
(He said smiling, as he patted her head and walked ahead.)

Sohye stood there and pouted.

Sohye: What do you see me as?
(She asked to herself upset, where Taehyung couldn't hear.)

Jung Mi checked her phone and came up to a photo of Jungkook, Taehyung, and Jimin again. They were all holding a basketball. With a caption saying, " You guys are all dead, homeroom 102 has Taehyung and Jungkook as their members. Former basketball players, who has almost made it to state championship."
