The first time you see him since he died.
You walked to the new neighbor's house, bringing over a basket of items you would need for a new house. Washcloths, China, a can of paint, and a small bit of food. You were convinced they wouldn't stay long, but, hospitality, right?
The knock rang on the door you had just made rang through your ears. It was the first time you'd been out of the house since you had died. You may have been dead for 25 years, but you weren't a master at anything.
The door opens slowly revealing an auburn haired woman.
"Hi! Mrs..." You trailed off, realizing you didn't even know the nice woman's name.
"Harmon." She smiles politely.
"Mrs.Harmon! I'm your new neighbor. I live right over there." You say pointing behind you. "My mother told me to bring this over as a warm welcome to our town."
"Thank you. You are sweet. Come in, I'm sure you'd love our daughter." She smiles again opening her door farther.
"I'm sure I will." You smile back and make your way to the kitchen.
"What a nice place-" You turn around admiring the place. "Tate?" You gasp walking quickly to the boy.
"That's me." He flashes a genuine smile at you as you embrace him tightly.
