Quica observed the room. He felt like crying. There was no way to get out of this one.

Peña and Steve stood in front of him.

"Where's Pablo?" Peña pulled the chair on the other side of the table out, sitting down. He looked calm, though Steve stood behind him with anger in his eyes.

Quica kept quiet.

His fiance, Marcela Carillo was in a hotel somewhere with Tata and the kids, patiently waiting for him to check in with her.

What he didn't know, though, was that she was pregnant. Eight weeks pregnant.

The only people who knew were Tata and Pablo. She planned to tell him when she saw him, which she was quickly realizing wouldn't be soon.

So Quica sat in the poorly built interrigation room and all he could think about was Marcela.

She had disowned her family for the lifestyle she was living. The lifestyle that would probably kill her.

"What do you want?" Steve spoke broken spanish, looking at Peña to correct him.

"A new life, with my fiancé in the U.S." Quica mumbled, sinking into his seat.

Peña repeated what he said in English, and Quica's eye began to sting a bit.

"He's got a fiancé?" Steve furrowed his brows.

"Yeah." Peña nodded, looking Quica up and down. "Carillo's sister. The un-counted girl in the airport."

Steve nodded, thinking back. He had counted Pablo's family when they were being held, and there was an un-counted girl. Steve had never been told who she was.

"Tell him we'll get him and her to America and he gives up Pablo."

Quica kept his eyes on the table. He had no idea what the gringo was saying.

"I'm not telling him that." Peña glared.

"Why not?" Steve glanced at Quica.

"Carillo wouldn't let her leave the country." Peña shook his head. Carillo would have died before he let his little sister flee the country with a narco.

"Tell him anyways." Steve sighed.

"I'm not going to lie." Peña dumbfounded.

In a normal situation, he would've lied in an instant. But this wasn't a normal situation.

It was Marcela Carillo. And if Carillo had anything to do with it, all hell would break lose to get her back.
