Ashley's POV
"Why are we meditating again?" I asked as I help Baron place his yoga mats across the floor "well first of all its called 'meditating' and second it's too train you mentally with your mind not physically with swords" after he fixes his mattress he tells me to sit down, relax and close my eyes and breathe slowly. I never really believed in this kind of meditation stuff, I just know you do it to calm your mind, to ease you or something. Honestly I could easily find something else better to calm me down like watching a movie or reading a book but just to get it over with I do what he says. I begin to feel different, I begin to feel as if I'm falling. I started to feel as if I'm falling down faster..... faster ....and faster. In fear of death I open my eyes and I'm not where I was. I couldn't see where I was at it was just too dark "hello" I hear a little boy's voice not too far from where I was at "who are you?" I asked and he shows up in front of me from the darkness. At first I thought it was the same boy from the mall a week ago but I was wrong. He speaks to me in a gentle voice "who am I? I don't have a name, but your people gave me horrible names. They call me Oblivion" I was puzzled at first but I remembered the thing that Jenny told me. She told me that someday the Oblivion star will crash onto the Calamity star destroying the universe itself. He holds my hand and points at a distant planet and all of a sudden my vision becomes clear "I...I'm in space! B...But how!" He tells me "miss Ashley, you're not in space, you're in my mind. I've brought you here because there's something I want to share with you, do you see that?" He points far out into the distance, I squint my eyes a bit to make clear of the thing he was pointing "its.....gray?" "Yes miss Ashley, that's where my sister lives. She was also given terrible names, Calamity" he tells me as I worry a bit "You're gonna crash into her!" I shout at him in distress "you humans are so strange, you know you'll die in the end but you still survive" he tells me with a gentle voice "I heard you're knight that would stop us from meeting, why do you want to stop me from seeing her? Do you despise her?" I gaze upon the many stars and planets "isn't there any other way?" I ask. I look into his deep purple eyes "very well then, I cannot steer this planet from crashing, it has to be done. But I guess you can delay it for another ten thousand years" he crouches over to the green glowing ground and pulls out a small rock, he cracks it open and pulls out a white glowing gem "the prophecy I have states that I give you this. I don't look forward to you stopping me but I hope you do well" the light shines stronger almost making me blind. I scream and I quickly raise up regaining the strength to move again. I see myself back at the training area as I was before but this time I see Jade pointing her gun at me and Keith and Jenny looking at me worried as I see myself pointing a sword at Baron and I see a bunch of crystal floating swords all around the room "I... I'm sorry" I take a sit down and try and calm down as I see the crystal swords disappear into dust "W..What happend?" I asked Baron all confused "you just made swords appear out of nowhere!" Baron exclaimed "YOU HAVE MAGIC!" Jenny all excited runs to me "how how'd you do that?" I gave her a weird sense of look "some boy named Oblivion gave it to me" Jade tells me as she unequips her gun "Oblivion? You mean the star? If Oblivion really gave it to you then he must have chose you inside his world" I ask her thrilled "H..how'd you know that?!" She tells me its a rare thing that happens "hey Baron!" Keith shouts all excited "how about I give her a little more training with her new powers and once she masters it we can finally go on our first mission!" Baron responds back "well alright then, but remember Ashley try not to use it in public. You know its illegal" I nod and agrees to his statement "I think I'll just stay hidden here as much as I can until I learn to control it" Keith then adds to my conversation "I'll help you if you want remember you're not alone in this" the other girls start looking at me in a funny way "yeahh... um Keith you sure are excited for some reason" Keith replies with a smile "he he well sorry I just really like swords" at first I didn't mind him helping out. I find it charming in a way. Weirdly ever since I laid my eyes on him I started feeling something weird about him. Pfft must be the sushi.
