Chapter 4

Johnny pov

The girls had all left by now, it was 1:30 am, Hayden and I were sitting downstairs.

"Common bro lets go sleep now," Hayden yawns.

"Yeah let's go," I agree.

We both walked upstairs and as soon as Hayden flopped on the bed he falls asleep. Me on the other hand, I was lost in my thoughts.

The kiss with Mackenzie was so good, it was one of the best kisses I've ever had. My friends have always shipped us but I've never really had feelings for her. Even if I did like her it's not like she would like me back, right?

I quickly fall asleep and before I know it, it's morning.

"Wake upppppp," Nadia sings as she walks into our rooms pulling the curtains over.

I cover my face with my pillow, "seriously?" I groan.

"Go away," Hayden says in agreement.

"Guys it's 10:30, and your pancakes are getting cold," Nadia sighs.

"Wait pancakes?" We both ask in unison as we get up.

"I knew that would wake you guys up, common get ready fast and eat. We're going to the beach in half an hour," Nadia says and walks out of the room.

Mackenzies pov

Nadia walks into the room, "did you wake up the guys?" I ask.

"Yes they're getting ready," Nadia replies.

"Me and kenz are choosing what bathing suits to wear, I can't pick between this blue bikini or this red strapless one," Lauren questioned.

"Go with the blue one, I'm wearing red," Nadia says as she takes out her bathing suit.

I brought five of my favorite bathing suits for this trip, I choose the most revealing one. Part of me wants to show off to Johnny and the other part of me just loves this bathing suit.

We quickly change into our bathing suits.

"Wow guys we look so good," I exclaim, "let's take a mirror selfie."

We take a few picture and then we go downstairs to find the guys waiting for us.

"Wow for once you guys are the first," Lauren says surprised .

"Maddie we are going," Johnny hollers.

We walk outside and I see Johnny looking at me, Lauren also catches this.

"Is Johnny checking you out," she whispers.

"I think so," I giggle.

"Ohmygod do you like him?" Lauren asks.

"No we're just friends," I say with confidence, that's all we are. Nothing more than friends.

We walk over to the beach and find a good spot to put down our stuff. "Who wants to go swimming?" Hayden asks.

"I'll come," Johnny says, "anyone else?"

"No way I have to tan," Nadia replied.

"Same," Lauren agrees.

Johnny is looking right at me, "what about you kenz?" He asks.

"I'll come," I say with a smile, "lets go."

Hayden and Johnny run into the water. "Ahh this is so cold," I giggle.

"It's not," Hayden rolls his eyes.

Johnny runs towards me, at first I think he's just going to tell me it's not cold but he picks me up, he picks me up!!

"Johnny what the fuck are you doing!" I yell trying to escape his grasp.

"Its not cold at all, you're just being a baby," Johnny laughs.

"Johnny let me go," I squeal, his hands are tightly gripping my legs and back, he's carrying me bridal style. There's no way I can escape at this point. He drops me in the water and I scream.

My whole body is surrounded by the cold water

"It is so cold," I yell, "Johnny I swear to god I'm going to kill you."

He laughs and splashes me, "I'd like to see you try," he smirks and swims away.

I swim after him when all of a sudden out of no where a huge away crashes into me. I go under the freezing water once again. I quickly regain my senses and swim back up to find Hayden and Johnny laughing at me.

"What's so funny," I groan.

"You totally wiped out," Hayden laughed.

"Hasn't anyone taught you to jump over the wave," Johnny grins.

"Ugh I hate you guys," I cried.

"Lets go get some ice cream," Hayden suggests.

I nod in agreement, I'm game with anything that will get me out of this freezing water.

As we walk out of the water I notice Johnny's abs, and I can't help but think how good he looks shirtless.
