Chapter 9

Mackenzie pov

The sunlight wakes me up, I look beside me and I realize Lauren and Nadia aren't there.

Oh wait they were sleeping on the roof. I get ready and walk downstairs. I find Johnny sitting in the kitchen by himself.

"Hiiii," I say happily.

"Someones in a good mood today," Johnny grins.

"I am!" I exclaim, "wait where is everyone else?"

"Lauren and Hayden are going on a date today," Johnny says as he rolls his eyes.

"You need to calm down," I laugh, "what about Nadia."

"She's visiting a camp friend who lives near by today," Johnny says as he finishes his breakfast.

"Cool," I reply, "what are we doing today?"

"I thought we could take my private jet to the alps today, maybe do some skiing," Johnny says sarcastically.

I roll my eyes, "what are we actually doing."

"I don't know," Johnny shrugged, "I didn't plan anything."

"You have 20 minutes to get ready and think of something," I say as I get up.

"Why don't you think of something," Johnny smirks.

"Okay let's go shopping," I grin, two can play at this game.

"Fine I'll think of something," Johnny groans.

"Good," I say as I start walking up the stairs.

"Oh and kenz," Johnny calls out, "30 minutes."

30 minutes later I'm standing downstairs waiting for Johnny

"Johnnyyyyyy," I call out for the millionth time.

"I'm here," Johnny says as he runs down the stairs.

I open the front door but Johnny closes it.

"Nope not that way, follow me," Johnny says.

Johnny leads me to the garage, "we are going on a bike ride, you can take Lauren's bike."

"Where are we going," I say as we bike out of the garage.

"Surprise," Johnny replies.

"Ughh you know I hate surprises," I groan.

"Yeah duh that's why this is a surprise," Johnny laughs, "oh my gosh you are so slow."

Johnny looks back at me realizing I'm like 15 feet away.

"I'm not," I say defensively, "I just haven't biked in a while."

"Yeah that's obvious," Johnny laughs.

I peddle hard and pass Johnny,

"Look who's faster now," I smirk looking back at him.
