Chapter 6

Mackenzies pov

I stare at the sunrise.

"It's so pretty," Nadia says as she wakes up.

I nod my head in agreement.

I wasn't paying attention to the sunrise, I was deep in my thoughts.

I'm not going to make a big deal about last night. I like Johnny but to him I'm probably just one of the girls he's screwed. I'm so much more than that. I want commitment.

"Good morning," Lauren yawns as she wakes up.

"omg what happened last night, I saw that kiss!" Nadia squeals.

Shit they saw the kiss.

"It was so amazing," Lauren spills.

"Ahhhh," Nadia giggles.

I sigh in relief.

"So are you guys a thing now," I grinned.

"Yeah," Lauren blushes.

"Johnny is not going to be happy," I laugh.

"Why wouldn't he be happy?" Lauren asks with confusion.

"He says Hayden is a player but I think that's just his cover for being an overprotective brother," I explain.

"Ugh I don't need his approval it's not like we are getting married," Lauren says with frustration.

"Okay but we have to go to the pool today," Nadia pleads.

"Oh my gosh yes," I agree.

"Let's go after brunch," Lauren says as we all get up.

It was after brunch. Lauren, Nadia, and I were all heading down to the pool.

As we entered outside I noticed a huge swam floaty.

"No way you guys have one of those, we have to take so many pictures," I exclaim.

"You and Nadia go sit on it, I'll take a few pictures and then we can switch," Lauren suggests, "don't fall into the pool."

I climb onto the floaty, "Hey this isn't that bad," I smile.

As soon as I said that the floaty flipped over and so did I.

"Not again," I groan as I rose above the water.

And of course right in front of the pool was Johnny, he was looking down at me and smirking.

I blush.

"You really have a thing for falling into the water," he grinned.

"When did you get here," I roll my eyes.

"Just in time to see you fall into the water," Johnny laughed, "Lauren where's the frozen waffles, me and Hayden can't find it."

"Its in the freezer, I'll help you look," Lauren says as she walks inside with Johnny.

"You are such a klutz," Nadia laughed.
