"Hermione! Hermmy get up!" Hermione muttered a couple of unintelligent words under her breath and rolled on her back, away from Tessa's vicous leaps. Sucks for her, the bed space had ended half way through her roll leading her to fal to the carpetted floor with a thud.

"What, Theresa?" Hermione snapped, her annoyance towards Tessa flaring high since her tiring slumber had been interrupted. The brunette sat up, her hair bushy, framing her slim face. She slowly ran a hand through her shabby hair and scowls at a grinning Tessa.

"Guess what?" Tessa chirped. Her arms widened infront of her. She jumped once and almost squealed. "Narcissa's coming to visit!"

Hermione doubled over. Her eyes widened in shock and fear. What could Narcissa possibly be coming for?

Hermione had no good history with the Malfoys'. She hadn't ever formally met them nor has she ever tried to make a conversation with them since they sneered off disgustedly when they saw her. Hermione shuddered at the memories of Lucius Malfoy's glare her way. She didn't know what had happened to him. Neither had she ever bother to ask Draco about his father.

Nevertheless, she was glad it was only Draco's mother who was coming to visit. She would be petrifried to stay in the same room as the Death Eater father whose greatest rival was muggle borns.

"Um. . .okay?" Hermione had no idea what she had to say. It isn't like she could stop the older woman for coming. Besides, Tessa had told her long ago about how Narcissa had acted like a motherly figure towards her when she was going through with a emotion state of mind.

"She's be here in ten minutes," Tessa chortled smugly and walked out of the door. Hermione groaned and pulled herself off of the floor. Shaking her head in frutration, Hermione walked into her bathroom and slammed the door shut.

"It isn't bad, Narcissa! You have to try one! It's Hermione's best recipe." Hermione walked out of her room. The sound of her name caught her attention. She crept down the corner and peaked into the room.

She gasped in facination. She hadn't expected Narcissa to look so young. The older woman was wearing a black dress which ended below her knees. It was perfectlly embroided from the top with a lacy white clothing over the black high neck. The arms were also cover till the elbows with a long black sleeve that hung down Narcissa's bony wrist so much like Draco's.

Her appearence was pale and bony, yet had such a beauty held in it Hermione wished that she could look such a way when she was older. Her ressemblance to Draco was even more striking than that. The tips of her hair to the cheek bones. Her lips were small but properly defined like his. He had her low cheek bones but smooth face structure- also well defined.

They had the same eye shape, but the eye colours were different. While Draco's eyes were like stormy cloud full of shattered glasses from chaneliars swirling with unspoken promises and raw emotion. Narcissa's were warm brown. They were kept blank and free from emotion. It was like she was happy and nothing in this world worried her anymore. They looked like they finally found home in a world so dark.

Hermione strangely preferred Draco's eyes. She loved the way she could get lost in them. Besides, the emotions that play in them always reflect the way she feels around him.

"Speaking of miss Granger, I would like to meet and thank her for her generous lend of a helping hand." Narcissa spoke up, her hands reaching out a fork and knife towards Hermione secret chicken herb recipe.

"Of cource, Narcissa. But right now she's taking a shower. I'm pretty sure she'll be out soon!" Tessa waved at a cauldon. It began spooning freshly baked veggies into two plates. Hermione stared curiously at the second plate left infront of the empty seat next to Narcissa.
