Chapter Six Part Two

"Oh my god! What did you do to her face,
Phil?!" You exclaimed. It was bad. Phil used eyeliner to do her eyebrows, blush for eyeshadow, and the lipstick seemed to be everywhere but Emma's lips. Other than that, everything was in the right place, it was just poorly done.

"Hey, I tried!" Phil said defensively.

"Well, I think you did pretty good. Compared to the first time I did makeup, at least." Emma said

"And how old were you the first time you did makeup?" You asked knowingly.

Emma hesitated. "I was.... five..."

"Congrats Phil, you've done good compared to five-year-old Emma!" Dan said with a laugh.

"Yeah, yeah. Let's see how you do on (y/n). Also, are those sharpie whiskers?" Phil asked.

"Sorry, Philly, looks like Dan's cheating on you." Emma chuckled, patting him on the shoulder.

"Okay, let me wash this off and then can me and Phil film our bit for my video?" You asked.

"Good luck getting that sharpie off." Dan chuckled.

"I'll just use baby oil. Then it'll come off quickly."

"What? That works?!" Dan asked in disbelief.

"Yeah! After all those years of PINOF I thought you would've picked up on that?"

(i don't think this actually works just go with it lmao)

Phil sighed. "We didn't. Good to know, though."

~Time skip to during filming with Phil~

*Emma's POV*
I heard giggles coming from (y/n)'s room. "Phil, why did you put dots in my dimples?!"

"So you'll never forget where they are!"

I sighed. What a cutie. I wasn't jealous that (y/n) got to spend alone time with him... Okay, maybe just a bit?

"You like him, don't you?" I looked up and noticed Dan looking at me.

"No? Where would you get an idea like that?" I asked as if the idea of me liking Phil was absurd.

"I'm not too good at reading people, but I notice you sneaking glances at him, and the way your eyes sparkle when he talks to you, or how you always laugh a little too much at his jokes."

More giggles came from (y/n)'s room, and then she burst out of the door, bolted to the closet, got a roll of toilet paper, then ran back. She, did in fact, have dots where her dimples normally were, along with sharpie freckles along her nose.

"So what if I like Phil? I'm allowed to have emotions, right?" I asked. I noticed Dan wasn't listening, he was staring at (y/n)'s door.

I clapped my hands Dan looked back at me, embarrassed. "Sorry..."

He was... blushing? Did he like (y/n)? I decided it was best not to confront him about that now. "Please don't tell Phil. I don't want to ruin our newfound friendship."

"Your secret is safe with me."

~Time skip to after filming for everyone's channels because I'm lazy af~

*(y/n)'s POV*

After we said goodbye to Dan and Phil, I spent half an hour editing the video, then uploaded it. Within minutes, the comments were flooded. I decided to read a few.

(Y/n)Fan#1:
OMG DID YOU SEE DAN BLUSH AT 3:27?! I SHIP IT #(ship name)

You smirked at that one. Apparently you and Dan had a ship name now.

Those comments hurt you, even if they were defending you. They were rude to Dan and Phil. You tried to find a more positive comment.

While the many comments about you splitting up Phan made you feel broken, the last reply made you laugh. You and Phil? You loved Phil in a totally platonic way, but the fandoms see whatever they want. You saw a reply on the comment and read it.

When you saw that reply, you burst out laughing. That commenter had no idea how right they were. At least, Emma liked Phil. Maybe Phil felt the same?

You kept scrolling and found a comment from Dan.

You decided to look at the comments on Emma's video, and saw that they were basically the same. Sighing, you closed the laptop. Maybe lunch will make you feel better?
