Right before the sun sets to its highest, Hale, Ethan and I went to town. Ethan changed his features and pretended to be a new recruit assistant of Hale who is also my assistant. We had two carriages and we are waiting at the port to accompany them. After ten minutes or so, I had sighted their ship and waited them at the road. Silver, I, and his two subordinates rode at the first carriage while the three others are at the second carriage accompanied by Ethan.

"Welcome to our town" I said as we started moving leaving our windows open to give them a view.

"I believe this village is quite wealthy having the nature giving you resources and a source of income" Silver said

"Yes, we sell seafood, fresh from the ocean, grew some vegetables and fruits, and also, we have sources of meat and milk from the different farms"

"I see, small yet prosperous"

"Yes, it is"

"The people seems friendly too"

"They are, and are very hospitable. We value guests more than anything so don't be surprised by how our people treats you"

"Mistress, we have arrived" the coachman said from the window behind me so I went out first and opened the door for them then led them into Hale's office.

"Please have your seats gentlemen" Hale said from his seat then Ethan came out with tea and served it to them after they have sat down.

"Before we start, let me introduce myself first. I am Hale Colster, the lord of this land"

"I am Silver Venge, leader of the pirates who had inhibited your land at the eastern part. And they are my subordinates"

"Let's get down to business. As you have said, you had inhibited my land. I will allow you to continue what you have started in your small camp but what would be my benefit?" so straightforward, he doesn't sound like the stupid Hale I know.

"As I have told Miss Angel, we are soldiers who have turned against the government and became pirates. We can offer you man power when it comes to trouble but when I saw your town, it seemed so peaceful and beautiful for us to join in. So, what I had in mind is to offer you ironworks. If only we have the necessary facilities and equipment, we can make you things out of metal and iron which you can add on the items you transport onto the other lands"

"Hmmm? Ironworks huh, that sounds a lot. Can your people farm, fish, and take care of livestock?"

"Yes, I believe so, since we are wandering rangers and soldiers at the same time. We know how mother earth works so I can assure you a greater haul"

"I see. Do you have a list of your population?" he asked then Silver handed him a paper

"Fifty men, twenty women, and fifteen children. You got quite much for a pirate or a soldier"

"We've been wandering for about a year so I couldn't expect much" Silver explained.

"Can all of you fight? I mean, is every one of you is a soldier except for the kids" Hale asked.

"All of our men are soldiers but we've also taught our women how to defend themselves"

"Are they that skilled?" Hale asked.

"Not much, but they're very good at handling weapons and doing their works"

"Shall we have a demonstration? I'd like to see how good each of you is" I proposed knowing what Hale has in mind.

"Who will fight who?" Silver asked.

"If it's ok with you, I would like to fight all of them one by one. But it's also fine with me if only one will face me" I said then they discussed this matter. I heard murmurs of irritated men having to be looked down upon by me, a lady, who seems to be overestimating herself.
