Today was the day before we left to go back home. Lyla is leaving at 4AM to go on tour. Me being me, at last minute, I decided to throw Cj a baby shower. I found a cheap yet decent sized venue that I was able to score for tonight. I wanted to do the absolute most for Cj, I know she'd do the same for me.

Therefore, I texted Derek.

we're an hour away and i'm throwing cj a last minute baby shower... can u make it by 7 and surprise her?

I sent the text message and texted the group chat, telling them whats going on. Gilinsky would take Cj baby shopping today to keep her distracted. Kaia & Brianna would go get the cake. Johnson and Cameron were getting food. Meala offered to get some decorations. Her and Madison haven't been on speaking terms lately and I didn't know why.

I walked into the venue with Lyla and Jackie. "Okay, so we need some speakers!" I spoke as I looked around the place.

"On it! Bazzi said him and Dillon have 3 large speakers." Jackie said as she typed away on her phone. Bazzi performed at the last 4 shows, and wow was that boy fine.

"Mahogany and Dillon offered to take turns at the Dj as well! Also, I got party games!" Lyla stated, opening a bag full of maternity games. I nodded and sent her a thumbs up. I began to look for more things to do, when my phone buzzed.

derek luh: on my way. i'll be there around 6:30

I smiled at the message before starting a new one and typing another person.

I sent the message and bit my lip. We've been non stop texting since last night. He's a really funny and sweet guy. My phone chimed and I quickly looked at it.

"This cake smells so good." I heard come from the door. I turned to see Brianna and Kaia. I laughed lightly and hugged Kaia, thanking her and pulling back and giving Brianna a hug as well.

"Hey. . . Can we talk?" Bri questioned me. I nodded and stepped away from everyone. She walked over to me and let out a sigh. "I know i already apologized, but I'm really sorry, Tee. For what I said and did. It was wrong in all ways. It was no where near your fault, you were just being trusting and stood out of it."

I shook my head. "Its okay, stop apologizing!. I accept your apology."

She let out a breathe. "Phew. I was worried you weren't going to accept my apology." She chuckled.

"I think the one you really need to worry about," I began as I turned Lylas way. "Is her." I turned back to Bri.

She nodded. "I agree. . . I'm going to go and speak to her." She smiled at me before walking over to Lyla. I smiled as I watched them.

"Boo." I felt someone poke my sides. Making me jump.

I turned around to see Elliot, who was laughing. "Not funny!" I laughed lightly, hitting him.

"It was funny." He shrugged. I shook my head, rolling my eyes. "Oh! I got this for Cj, where should I put it at?" He questioned as he lifted up a small gift bag; which made my heart warm.

He got a present for my best friend.

I smiled and pointed to the gift table. "Over there."

He nodded, "Be right back." He spoke as he walked off to the table, just as Hayes, Meala, Johnson, & Cameron walked in.
