[Teagan]

5 months later.

"Hayes! Get off of me fat bitch." I laughed as Hayes jumped on me. I was laying on my bed, playing the Sims when he decided to jump on me for no literate reason.

Hayes gasped and covered his mouth, "Apologize big head self! Big ass forehead!"

I put my laptop to the side and got on top of him, smacking him repeatedly. "You still like me though!" I exclaimed.

He laughed, grabbing my hands. "Chill out!" He pulled me down to him.

Our faces were almost touching. I found him leaning in. I let out a sigh and lifted back up. "Just friends don't kiss, Hayes." I spoke softly.

He sighed, sitting up. "Yeah I know, I know. I'm just not use to it yet." He said before we both laid back down as I pulled my laptop in front of me.

The day I got my acceptance letter to Juliard, I decided to let Hayes go. He's getting scouted at all the way in California. I'll be in New York. . .

*Flashback*

I knocked on Hayes door lightly and stepped back, wiping my tear filled eyes. I had the Juliard letter in my left hand and my truck keys in my right. The door opened revealing Hayes. "Hey!" He smiled at me, studying my face as his smile fell. "Whats wrong?"

I smiled back sadly. "Hey. . ." I looked down at the envelope and lifted up, my eyes watering. "I got into Juliard." I laughed lightly.

His eyes widened and his face lit up like a Christmas tree, before picking me up and spinning me around. "What! Oh my God! That's amazing!" He exclaimed before placing me back down.

"Do you know where Juliard is?" I spoke softly as I sat down on the swing that rested on his porch.

He sat down next to me before shaking his head. "No, where is it?"

"It's in New York. . ." I trailed off, looking at him.

He let out a sigh, "That a whiles away from California." He said lowly.

"Hayes," I grabbed his hand softly and turned to him. He looked at me. "I love you unconditionally. . . But, we're going to have to take a break for a while. . ."

His body tensed as I spoke the words, "Wait. . . We can make it work, Teagan. We can at least try. I'll move to New York I'll—."

"You aren't moving to New York for me Hayes, your dreams in California."

"You're my dream. . ." He spoke softly, looking into my eyes. "But if thats what you want. . . Okay." He nodded slowly. "We'll always find each other in the end, I'll never let you go, Tee." He leaned in and kissed my cheek.

I smiled sadly. "I promise. Hayes & Teagan to the very end, right?" I spoke as I stuck out my pinky.

He smiled and nodded, "Til' the very end." He wrapped his around mines firmly.

*Flashback over*

"Well, you ready to go to Lydia's 3rd birthday?" I asked as I shut my laptop and stood up, sliding my shoes on.

"Yes! God, that kid is so adorable." He said while getting up. I nodded in agreement as we walked out and downstairs, where my mom and Kent were with a ton of papers were.

They were getting married in 3 weeks. I was beyond excited, "Hey honey, you two heading out?" She questioned, looking above her glasses.

"Yep! We're going to Lydia'a party." I stated as we walked to the door. "Bye! Love you two!"
