"Okay one more!" My mom exclaimed as me and Cj posed. "Maybe another—."

"Mom! We can't be last for graduation." I laughed lightly, Cj nodded in agreement.

She nodded, "You're right. . . I mean. . . I only have 407 ANYWAYS! Lets get on the roll!" My mom spoke. Me and Cj cheered, hopping in my truck. My Pa-poo and Mawmaw got in with Kent and my mom.

"You ready?" Cj looked at me.

I smiled, nodding excitedly. "Lets graduate!"

[Hayes]

"My little brothers graduating!" Will ruffled my hair.

I groaned and looked back in the mirror, fixing it. "Man, I had it looking nice!" I shook my head, turning around to see Elise, his daughter, my niece. She giggled, making me smile and take her. "You're Uncle Hayes is finally getting the hell out of hell!" I exclaimed. She giggled and clapped.

"Hey, don't be a bad influence on my kid!" Will said as he took Elise back.

I rolled my eyes, "Yeah. I'm sure you coach her to curse." I laughed lightly. He put his finger up to his lip making me shake my head.

"Okay, okay! Lets go! We can't be late! You still need to get pictures with Teagan and everyone!" My mom spoke as she rushed out to kitchen with Nila, My dad, and Johnnie.

I let out a groan. "Do I have to?"

"Boy shut up, you know you love you some Teagan." Nila laughed lightly. Everyone nodded in agreement, making me roll my eyes. "Nash said he's meeting us there!" Nila said as we walked out the house.

I nodded and hopped in my truck and starting it up, and tapping my pocket. It's there. I let out a breathe and smiled lightly.

Let's graduate.

I wiped my eyes as I studied the picture of me and Seña from our kindergarten graduation. She should of been here. I sat it down and looked at her cap and gown on my bed, I picked up her gown and hugged it tightly. "I'm doing it for you, Se-Se." I whispered as a few tears ran down my face. I sat it back down and walked downstairs, where Nonna, Mom, & Frankie were with the camera.

"Oh, Lyla." My Nonna smiled as her eyes filled with tears. "Your father would of been so proud of you. . . He is proud. . . So is Seña." She wrapped her arms around me tightly.

I sniffled and nodded, "Thank you, Nonna." I whispered, leaning my head on her shoulder.

"You're still performing, right?" Frankie questioned as I pulled back, linking arms with me and walking to the car.

"Yep! One Sweet Day by Mariah Carey and Boys II men." I stated as we got in the car.

He smiled and nodded, "You're going to do great, Ly."

I smiled lightly. "I do hope so."

I slicked my hair to the side one more time and turned to Jack. "We've been waiting for this day since. . ."

"Pre-K." He laughed lightly as we walked out of the school restroom and out where everyone and their parents were.

"Wheres Ly—." I was cut off by their car pulling up and her walking out. Looking like the goddess she is, always being late.
