The New Beginning (Kirito x Yuuki)

We finished our sandwich with nothing left to eat. "Wow, that was delicious. As always, thanks for the food Yuuki." I said sincerely. She smiled wide. We relax a bit, enjoying the moment before we go home. Suddenly, we heard footsteps, a lot of them in front of us. We stood up, thinking monsters are coming. Turns out, it was someone who is exploring the labyrinth just like us. Unexpectedly, it was Klein and his guild who showed up. He's chatting with his crew before looking right at us, finally realizing our existence. "Hey, Kirito! Long time no see buddy. How have you been?" He asked cheerfully. Well i wouldn't be surprised, we haven't seen each other for a long time. "I've been through worse. It's good to see you alive, Klein." I said and fist bumped him. "So, i see that you've been exploring this labyrinth all by your..." He said while looking at Yuuki, then he suddenly open his mouth. "Uhm... Oh, her. I'm pretty sure you've seen her in raids. Her name is Yuuki, she's my partner. Yuuki, this is Klein, i met him at floor 1." "I remember him. He's the pervert that was hitting on me back when [Nicholas the Renegade] event was on going." I had no idea what to say. I look back at Klein and he suddenly got closer to Yuuki. "Hey cutie, glad you remembered me. Want to join my guild? We don't have a lot of people, and if you join, i'm sure you'll be a good..." At this point, i'm really angry. I grabbed his shoulder and pulled him back. I punch his face to the ground. "Shut your filthy mouth!!!" I said angrily. "Geez Kirito, sorry i was just joking." He said while standing up and laughing a little.

Yuuki

KIRITO WAS SO COOL?!?! I started screaming mentally.

Kirito

"Why didn't you tell me you had a cute girl. I really jealous you know." Klein said teasingly. "Because it's not important. Anyway, what are you doing here?" "To find the boss room of course." "Well, me and Yuuki already found it. No need to go on." He gave me a thumbs up. Suddenly, someone else is coming. "Kirito, someone is coming." Yuuki said. It is the Liberation Army. They all came closer. "At Ease." Kobatz said. He came closer to us. "My name is Lieutenant-Colonel Kobatz, part of the [Aincrad Liberation Force]." "I'm Kirito, solo with Yuuki." "Yeah you are. Have you explored the labyrinth?" "Yeah, we did. We also got a map that leads to the boss room." "You did a good job, now hand over that map and we'll be on our way." I got a bad feeling about this. "Don't tell me, you and your guild are going to fight the boss." "Of course we are, that's what we're here for." "Me and Yuuki already went in there. There's no chance that you and your guild can beat it." I looked at his guild, they were all tired from walking. "Just look at them. They don't have the energy to fight the boss." "Nonsense! My men are strong. Get up!" All of them got up again. "Now, hand over the map!" "Grr..." "Hey! He said..." Yuuki was about to retort, but i stop her. "It's okay, they can have it. What's his problem is his problem." I said and gave him the map info. "Thanks for your cooperation. Let's move out." They continued their walk. I sighed. "Can't believe him... Let's follow them, we don't want them doing something stupid." I said. The group nodded and we follow them.

Yuuki

Right when i was about to start walking, Klein called out to me from behind. "Hm? What is it?" "Umm.. I gotta ask you something. Kirito is the type of guy who likes to get himself into trouble. He is hardheaded at times, and is mostly difficult. But, i can say at the bottom of my heart, he is a good guy. Please take care of him." I was taken aback, but i smiled. "Of course. No matter what happen, i'll always be right by his side." Klein smiled. "Thank you. Well, let's catch up to them." I nodded.

The Liberation Army were speed walking, so we were falling behind. I saw Kirito walking alone in the front. I decided to go hug him from behind. "Wah?! What are you doing?" "Hehe, nothing." We chatted for a while, until Klein came up beside us. "Yo Kirito, it's been a long time. How are you doing?" "Since the last time i saw you, i guess things got interesting. I bought a house, ate delicious food, and other stuff happened." "Wow, that sure is some event. Anyway, how long is it til the boss room?" "Shouldn't be too far, just around the corner." I said. We past the corner and the door to the boss room visible, but it was open. Then we heard a scream. "Oh no... Yuuki!" Kirito said. I nodded and we both ran to the boss room. We made it to the boss room. The Liberation Army are pinned by the boss. "Get out of there! Use your teleport crystal." I shout. "We can't, the crystal's aren't working." One of them said. "Damn, this looks bad. They can't beat that boss." Kirito said. "The Liberation Army doesn't know the word retreat. Everyone, keep fighting!" That idiot. The boss swing it's sword to the ground, stumbling everyone. Then it did an upward swing to Kobatz, sending him flying towards us. He landed in front of us. "Kobatz!" Kirito said. "I-i can't believe it..." Kobatz disappeared into triangle particle. Me and Kirito were shocked. I looked at the rest of the group. They were still pinned by the boss. The boss took another swing, wiping out more people. No... I can't stand just watching them getting killed. I bolted towards the boss with my sword in hand. The boss was about to swing it's sword, but i successfully parried it's attack. I then activated my special 11-hit skill that i never use because of personal reasons called [Mother Rosario]. I did a 10 lightning quick stabs making an "X" with it. With every stab, it left a some sort of sharp purple particle. After i did 10 stabs, i did a final thrust at the center of the "X", pushing all of the particle forward, creating a strong force. But all of that damage, the boss's health only goes down half of it's first health bar. "No way.." The boss punch me, which made me flying across the room. My health bar went down almost half of it. The boss came up in front of me and was about to strike me. It's sword went down and i close my eyes waiting for it to hit me. Nothing. I opened my eyes to see Kirito parrying the attack. "Yuuki get back!" I nodded and jumped back.

Kirito

"Damn, this boss is tough." I manage to get a couple of sword skill on it, but i got scratches all over my body making my health go down a little. The boss swing downward towards me. I blocked it with my sword, and because of that my health is slowly going down. I manage to break out of the clash. The boss strike the ground, creating a shock wave which pushed me backwards. Managing to land on my feet, i looked at my health. Shit... My health isn't looking good, and the boss's health is still on it's second bar. If this keeps up, we'll all be wiped out. The only way is to use that unique skill that i kept a secret from everyone, even Yuuki. But... I looked at everyone in this room. Klein and Yuuki still having slightly above half health, and the remaining soldiers having a health on the red zone. I looked at the boss who raise it's sword. Suddenly, it thrust it's sword at me. Being very close to dying, i was able to push the sword to my side. Dammit, why am i even hesitating. Just use it already?! "Klein, Yuuki, i need your help! Keep it busy for 10 second." "You got it!" Klein said and went in to take my place along side Yuuki. I took some distance and opened my menu. I went to my equipment and equip the [Duel Wielding] skill. I assign the sword that i commissioned from Liz as my second sword. "Alright, i'm ready. Yuuki switch with me." I ran towards the boss. Yuuki manage to do her sword skill, then lunge back allowing me to go in. The boss swings it's sword at me. I successfully parry it, i reached my back with my left hand. The other sword suddenly appeared, and i grabbed it. Using the other sword, i swing it up, striking it's face. The boss stumble backward and did another downward swing. I blocked it with both of my sword and pushed it away, creating an opening for me to do my special skill. "Here goes...『Starburst Stream』!" Right after i said that, the skill activated. I did 6 swings to the right, than did an "X" swing going downward, then pushing my sword up, doing the reverse "X". I got scratched by it's sword, but i kept my combo going. Gotta go faster! I stab it in the chest with both of my sword, than push my sword down creating a huge gash in it's chest to his side. I was about to attack again, but got hit in the stomach which made me loose my balance. The boss went in to stab my face, but i mange to parry it. I did a spin which push the boss back and manage to do 4 hit on it. I got punch in the face, but i kept going. I need to go faster!! I was able to do another 27 hit, until the boss grabbed my [Elucidator]. The boss was about to stab me, but i manage to use my other sword to thrust it at the boss. The boss disappeared to triangle particle. "Is it... over..?" I was panting. When i look forward, i saw the congratulation sign appeared. I looked at my health bar, seeing nothing. But when i looked closely, i can see a small bit of health remaining. "Thank...God..." After the adrenaline rush out of my body, i collapse to the ground with little to no energy. Klein...Yuuki...
