The New Beginning (Kirito x Yuuki)

Murder in the Safe Zone {1}

Kirito

Me and Yuuki are in a meeting on how to take down the boss on floor 56. The one running the operation is Kuro, the second in command of the [Knight of the Blood Oath]. We were all thinking of an idea on how to defeat the floor boss. "Yuuki, got any idea?" I asked. "No, i'm loss for an idea." We both kept thinking, when suddenly Kuro smack the table, getting everyones attention. "We'll lure them to the village, that's how we get the boss." "Wait, if we do that, the boss will go after the villagers." I immediately said. "That's the point, while the boss is busy killing NPCs, we can attack it." I can't believe what i'm hearing. "But they're not just objects. They're different from rocks and trees. Look, we can just..." I said but was cut off by him. "Do you really think they are alive? In this game, they are just objects. Unlike us, they can just respawn." This guy is really hard headed. "Sorry, but i'm not cool with this." "In case you forgot, i'm second in command of the [Knight of the Blood Oath], you'll obey my orders, like it or not." He said coldly. "Well i'm not part of your guild, am i? So you can't tell me whaat to do." I walked out of the room and onto a field somewhere. "Dammit, god seriously!" I said in anger and kicked a tree. I sighed pretty loudly. "You okay, Kirito?" I heard someone said behind me, it was Yuuki with a concerned look. "Yuuki? Why are you here, weren't you supposed to be listening to the meeting?" "Well you left so i let my self out and followed you." "But, don't you want to participate in the boss raid?" "If your not participating, then i'm not going to as well. Didn't i tell you that i would follow you where ever?" She said with a smile. I was surprised by her answer. "Yuuki, you don't need to follow me if you don't want to." "But i do want to. I prefer being with you then fight bosses." I smiled at her, and patted her head. "Thanks Yuuki." She blushes and smiled wide. "Besides, i also think Kuros plan was a little irritating. I'd feel bad for the NPCs" "Yeah, that's why i left." I sat down under a tree and lean against it. Yuuki then did the same beside me. I looked up to see the clear sky, and felt the breeze of the wind on my face. "You know, the weather right now is on it's optimal settings. Good thing we left that meeting, it'd be a waste if we miss this." "Your right, the weather is perfect!" She said cheerfully. While i was looking at my inventory, i'm starting to get sleepy. I closed my window and was fading off. Before i went to sleep, i felt Yuukis head on my shoulder. She was already asleep with a peaceful face. A smile formed on my face, then i fell asleep.

Yuuki

I woke up to have something laying on top of my head. I look up and saw Kiritos head laying on top of mine. I'm starting to blush and  covered my mouth to avoid screaming. I was shaking, and because of that, Kirito woke up. "Uhh... Hmm? Yuuki?" Kirito said while rubbing his eye. "O-Oh hey Ki-Kirito. Did you sleep w-well?" I said stuttering like an idiot. "Yep, that was a nice rest. Your head was really soft too, thanks." He said while stretching. "Oh, uhm.. Your welcome. Your head was also soft" "What?" "Oh No, it's nothing." I said slightly embarrassed. "Well, it's 4 o'clock. Let's get something to eat." "Yeah, that sounds great." We got up and went to a nearby town. We ate at a restaurant somewhere. We were discussing about future plans. "Yuuki, how many money do you have?" Kirito asked. "Last time i checked, i had around nine hundred thousand col. But after that quest 2 days ago, i think i've reached 1.5 million." "I have around 2 milion, that makes 3.5 mil." He then started mumbling something. I tilted my head with a confused look on my face." "Say Yuuki..." He said all of the sudden. "Yeah?" "What do you think of getting a house?" He asked. I was confused by what he said, but after 5 seconds i then realize what he said. I then started blushing, but i was also really happy. "It would be great to have our own house. It's definitely better than an inn." I said excited. "I thought you would say that. Well we don't have much, but i saw this house on floor 32. It's pretty cheap, but it's size is moderate. And the furniture's aren't that bad. If we manage to get around 5 million, we can buy it. So we need to keep going on quests." "Alright, i'm going to work harder to get the money." I said with a determined look. Kirito looked at me while smiling, and i smiled back. "I look forward to our new house. Let's finish our food and start going on quests." Kirito said. I nodded and we continued eating our food. While we were eating, i looked at Kirito and saw his face making an uncomfortable look after taking a bite of his meal. I then got this idea of leveling up my cooking skill and make food for me and Kirito. I then started imagining Kirito eating my food. "Wow, Yuuki! Your cooking is amazing! I could eat this everyday. Please stay by me forever Yuuki!" While i was having my moment, Kirito just looked at me weirdly.
