Chapter 15 Part 1

When she says she's hurt, she's hurt. So many thoughts going through Mickaela's brain, so much pain rushing through her body but all she could do was sit there and not say anything.

She hasn't said a word to anybody in a few days, especially after the whole inc- maybe we shouldn't mention it again ...

But she's been up in her room with the door locked thinking to herself. You guys may think she's overreacting but what would you do if you figured out your whole life was a lie? That you were lied to your whole life?

Joonie is still here with her though she occasionally tries to come in, but Mickaela doesnt unlock the door. Joonie usually gives up after an hour and goes right back downstairs.

Jhope and the rest of BTS had to go back to South Korea to finish up some concerts there, then they would be back in America according to what Joonie said to Mickaela outside of the door.

She doesnt know what to do and she wishes she could talk. She really does, but its like her mind won't allow it. Everytime Mickaela opens her mouth to try and talk, nothing comes out but the tears of her frustration starts to flow down her cheeks everytime.

Bang Bang Bang

"M please open the door." Joonie yelled outside the door.

Mickaela shook her head, thinking Joonie could see her and layed back down hoping Joonie would just go away.

"M please being stuck in there all day won't help anything, trust me. Everyone's worried about you. Me, Jhope, Jin, Rm, Suga, Jimin, Taehyung, Jungkook and all of your fans."

Silence.

"You might not know this, but your fans are worried sick about you. They noticed you haven't said or did anything on twitter or showed your face after the Bill boards."

Silence.

Joonie sighed. "I wasnt going to mention this, but I have no choice. Your mo- I mean, Ms. H left a note for you."

A few seconds later Joonie slipped a piece of paper under the door. Mickaela watched as the paper landed a few inches away from the door and heard her footsteps walking away until they disappeared.

She was hesitant at first, but she decided to see what was in the note.

She got up from her bed as quiet as she could and bent down to grab the note. She held the note in her hands and read the first sentence.

"I did kidnap you, but"

He wonders if Mickaela's okay. He wonders if she's atleast eating and keeping up with her health. Jhope just wants to be there with her and help her get through this tough time. If only they didn't have to finish these concerts.

Don't get me wrong Jhope loves A.R.M.Y with everything in him, but he needs to be somewhere else for personal reasons.

"Hyung don't think about it so much. Everything will be okay and we'll be back with her." Jimin said as he handed Jhope a water bottle. Right now they're at their stage rehearsal, getting ready for tonight's concert.

"Yeah, she will be. Joonie's keeping an eye on her." Rm added.

Jhope nodded his head indicating that he understood what they're saying, but honestly he wants to be there with her. This affects him just as much as her and its only right to deal with this together.

Jhope stood up from the chair he was sitting in and walked to the center of the stage.

"Jhope are you okay?" Jin asked.

Jhope ignored him and looked out at the empty arena. Words just kept running through his mind.

"Do this for myself."

"Do this for our fans."

"Do this for my family."

"Hyung?" Taehyung asked. Jhope looked at him and smiled.

"Im ready for tonights concert."

The rest of the members all looked at each other with confused expressions. Jhope knows they don't know this but after tonights concert he's going home.

His family needs to be put back together.

Dear, Mickaela

I did kidnap you, but Im sorry for doing so. For lying to you your whole life. For not being honest about who your real parents are, for making you think you were different your whole life, for trying to change who you were born to be, but I don't regret raising you as my beautiful daughter.

I took you for a reason. Hopefully this note explains everything and clears up some loose ends.

Your birthday? That's really the day I took you. You were actually born in Gwanju, South Korea. There's no doubt that you are asian, but I always told you that you were mines biologically and I wanted that to be stuck in your head forever to the point where you would always believe it.

When I took you, you were a baby. About 1 or 2 years old, so you couldn't really remember much. Your actual mother and father was at the park with you. They had you in a carseat sitting on the park bench with you.

I had just got back from the hospital telling me I couldn't get pregnant and I was so hurt. I made a bad decision when I was in a weak state of mind.

I don't remember what your parents were doing but I remember taking you. I remember grabbing your car seat and taking off with you while you cried. I couldn't help myself. I live with this guilt everyday.

So I don't know how but I was able to go back to America with you and that's how you became my daughter. As you got older I enrolled you in extra english classes so you'd speak english instead of Korean. ( The language you were already trying to speak ). Eventually it worked and you no longer said anything in Korean atleast not to me.

I was hoping you'd never find out, but the day has come. Im sorry, I love you. You will always be my daughter.

Mickaela couldn't hold it in anymore. She broke down in tears. She sniffled and then a thought crossed her mind.

Mickaela shouldn't let what her mother did define who she is, but should Mickaela thank her? Because of her she's "Mickaela H."

If it wasnt for her then Mickaela wouldn't be who she is today, but then again who would Mickaela be if she hadn't of took her?
