we all decided to go to ihop that tuesday morning. although the boys had to go to rehearsals again at 12, ariana and i still wanted to spend as much time with them as possible.

"what are you gonna get?" daniel asked me.

"probably chocolate chip pancakes." i smiled, glancing to the menu.

"ew." he chuckled. "i hate chocolate."

"what?! you're so weird daniel." i said surprised.

"hey can i talk to you real quick?" ariana nervously looked at me with her eyebrows risen.

she lead me away from the boys and over to the other side of the restaurant.

"i have bad news.." she looked down.

"a-ari, what's up?" i looked to her concerned.

"i..." she began to spoke, right away i knew what she was going to say.

when we walked in, i saw a familiar face sitting at a booth alone.

i knew he was there all along, i was just hoping he never noticed me.

"anthony's over there." she pointed to the booth where he was sitting.

"i know, i saw him earlier." my mood immediately went south.

"are you gonna say anything?" ari asked.

"hell no." i said. "now can we go back to the table now?" i started waking towards our booth, when someone tapped me on the shoulder. i dreaded turning around.
