(Btw I had another draft for Oneshot 7 but I wanted to write a new oneshot but still keep the old one so I'm just gonna publish 8 before 7 because why not?)

(P.S.: None of this is ReAl~ because it's fanfiction... it's fictional~ so no disrespect to the real people.)

(P.P.S.: Art ain't mine. :P)

At Ryan's... Apartment?:

Ryan and Helen were flirting on Ryan's couch, but something seemed off to Ryan. No, not physically, but just something was weird. Helen seemed a bit out of it, or like she was bored or something.

"Hey, is something wrong?" Ryan asked Helen, who had been checking a text on her phone, but as Ryan looked at her phone she quickly hid it.

She nervously chuckled, "Haha, nothing is! I... " she said as she played with her hair, confirming the fact that she was lying, "I was just concerned about work heh..."

Ryan furrowed his brows, "Oh yeah? What is it?" he asked, sure she was lying and probably hiding something.

"Uhhhh- well..." she hesitated, unsure of what to say for an excuse.

Ryan suddenly jumped up, "HA! You are totally lying, now tell me the truth, and who were you texting?"

Helen fumbled with her phone awkwardly, as if she'd forgotten how to use her hands, "Ryan, nothing's wrong!" she said as calmly as she could.

Ryan was getting really upset now, how could she lie to him like this?

"Don't give me that crap! I know you're lying, just tell me what you're hiding!" he practically yelled, he absolutely despised it when someone lied to him. All he wants is the truth, whether it be good or bad.

Helen looked at him, taken aback by his tone of voice, her hands began to tremble and she stood up. With her hair covering her face she said quietly, "I don't love you anymore..."

Ryan's heart instantly shattered, her voice was shaky, like she was crying or that she was scared. Ryan never wanted to make her cry like this...

His voice became hoarse, "What?" confusion and concern coated his voice; no longer mad.

Tears fell from Helen's face, "For a long time now, I've realized I don't love you. I'm sorry... I've been talking to another guy who I actually am in love with..."

He was speechless, the love of his life, whom he always thought he'd marry, was breaking up with him?

...

With the uncomfortable and somewhat eerie silence, Helen lifted her head, only to see Ryan... Staring at the floor, tears streaming down his face like a waterfall, but he ultimately said nothing. Almost in a trance, like what was happening couldn't be registered in his head.

Helen, with the uncomfortable silence and almost robotic stillness of Ryan's body, had got up and left the living room; taking with her her purse and phone. Never coming back.

As soon as that door shut, so did Ryan's eyes as he collapsed on the couch in a fetal position, crying himself to sleep.

Meanwhile, Shane was eating some Eggo waffles in his studio apartment. Sure, it was 4pm at this point, but his fridge only had waffles and he was poor, so Eggos it is!

Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his chest, Crap, maybe all these Eggos will give me a heart attack...
With that thought, his appetite vanished and he put the Eggos down and took his plate to the sink. There was already plenty of dirty dishes waiting for him, but he decided to just do it later.
