Monster (GrimmIchi)

Chapter 2

I woke up to the sound of my alarm, I slowly opened my eyes and I was laying on the floor in the living room. I got a burning sensation in my chest, I groaned in pain and sat up against the wall. Flashbacks of last night flew threw my mind like rockets shooting threw the sky. I went to rub my chest but my chest was nowhere to be found, I quickly looked down to a giant hole and screamed. "What the fuck!?" I stood up and ran to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and my eyes were gold and black, I had one horn sticking out of the right side on my head and a long black strip from my hair line down my body. I stared at myself in disbelief " I'm a monster..... " I mumbled. My phone started to ring so I ran over and answered it "Hey do you need a ride to work?" It was Rukia. " No thanks, I'm just gonna run. " I said with a bit of fear in my voice. "Are you ok?" " yeah I'm fine, I'll see you in a bit. " with that I hung up and turned my phone off so she couldn't call me back. I took a deep breath and walked back into the bathroom to look at myself one more time and I was back to normal except for a the hole in my chest. I took my hand and slowly stuck it through the hole and touched my back "That's nuts." I chuckled and walked into my room to get my uniform on.

I headed straight to the kitchen and got to work as soon as I got there, orders were flying in like crazy. At one point my grill was packed and I still needed to cook more patties. When it came to my break I sat at an empty table and started to listen to music when I saw that man again. Chills ran down my back as my hairs stood straight up, I watched as he ordered and filled up his drink but as he picked up his food he saw me in the corner. I quickly looked away and started to mess with my phone, he sat right in front of me with a giant smirk on his face. I took out my ear buds "What did you do to me?" His smirk grew " I just woke you up, you are the hollow king. " I frowned " What the hell does that even mean? " "Exactly what I said" I balled my hand into a fist "Leave me alone, your a strange guy that poisoned me or something." He busted out laughing which pissed me off even more. He whipped a tear from his eye and chuckled " I didn't poison you, dumb ass. How about you meet me at that park in town after your shift and I'll tell you as much as I can. Here. " he handed me his number "Call me when your on your way." I nodded and he stood up grabbing a medium fry from his bag. He sat it in front of me and gave me an actual smile " Here you go, sweet pea. " then left without another word. I had a small blush on my cheeks as I took a fry and ate it, they were fresh and that's the way I like them.

After I finished my shift i pulled out Grimmjows number and dialed it "Hello?" " Hi its me Ichigo, I'm on my way. " "Sweet, see you soon." He hung up and I slipped my phone in my pocket. I started to lift my shirt up when I remembered about my hole " Damn it, I'm gonna be a sweaty mess. " I mumbled and started to jog. When I got there it was getting dark and I could see Grimmjows blue hair straight through the darkness. "Hey!" I waved at him and he waved back. He stood up from the picnic table and he was shirtless, I blushed at the sight of all his muscles. We walked to the middle of the park and the first thing he said was " Take your shirt off. " "What!?" I was red in the face " No! " he smirked and ripped it off. I screamed like a girl "That was my uniform!! My boss is gonna kill me!!" He chuckled and looked me up and down " Not bad Ichigo. Your hole was bigger than I thought. " I glared at him "Yeah! You flippin' blasted me with some sort of beam!!" He laughed " Its called a Cero. I'll teach you how to use it but first I need to see your true form. " I tilted my head "I have no clue what your talking ab-" he disappeared into thin air then reappeared behind me. The next thing I knew was my body moving on its own and everything started to go fuzzy. "Ichigo!!" I could hear him yelling but it was very faint.

When my vision come back to me I was pinned to the ground by Grimmjow. He hovered above me and whispered " Holly shit, I guess I could start by helping you control yourself. " I was panting and i didn't know why. I glanced around us and the park was destroyed, literally destroyed. I looked Grimmjow in the eyes and he smiled "Did I do this?" I asked he chuckled " Yup. I ended up having to call my buddies to come help me. " he slowly got off of me and I sat up to see five other people. Grimmjow walked over to them "How about you guys introduce yourselves to him." The girl with the long sea green hair went first " I'm Neliel but you can call me Nel. " I nodded then a short emo looking dude went next "I'm Ulquiorra." A supper tall guy sat down in front of me " Nnoitra at your service." The blonde girl smirked "Harribel." The last dude was sleeping while standing so Grimmjow shoved him to the ground " Introduce your self sleepy head!" The dude slowly stood up and looked at me "I'm Coyote Starrk, just call... me.... Starrk...." With that he past back out again. I stood up " I'm Ichigo nice to meet you all. " they nodded except for Starrk and Nel, she was distracted by a firefly. Grimmjow put an arm around my neck "We're gonna help you get control of your self before the Soul Reapers destroy our home." Nel ran over to us and said "Don't worry we got you covered Ichigo." I smiled
"Thanks guys." They nodded "Hey I think we should head out before the reapers get here." Everyone nodded and I asked " Who are they? " "They're the enemy, they kill us and now they are trying to destroy our home so we came here to look for our long lost king and we found you but you have no idea who you are. But that's gonna change here real quick." I nodded when Starrk jumped up " Soul Reapers Ten o'clock. " everyone nodded. Grimmjow wrapped his arms around my waist and we flew away from the scene.
