Yes, 7 days earlier than expected, though it's only one chapter. Anyway, sweet potatoes please vote an comment. It really reminds that I need to stop being a lazy ass and write stuff for you ;)

IF I could, I would have turned back time. I remembered the day my brother was taken. And I would do anything to stop it.

I RAISE a brow, confused. It was time for dinner, we had ordered pizza but Lucas wasn't coming down from his man cave. I scowl.
'Luke!' I shout, calling out my nickname for him. He obviously ignores me. My lips curl. 'Lucas, we have pizza!' Again he ignores. Frustratedly, I stomp up the stairs. Normally he rushes down for pizza. Boys and their appetites.
As soon as I'm outside of his man cave, which has a new sign outside of it that said hommes des Cavernes, I knock on the door. I roll my eyes at his sign. I don't just barge in his room because once I had caught him naked after the shower. I shudder at the thought. He doesn't answer and I'm fully perplexed now. He should've. Frowning, I lay my hand on the knob. I don't open it yet but call his name out again. 'Lucas?' I say in question. Still no answer. I open the door slightly and my slim 5' 6 body slips in.
My frown deepens as I don't find him in his room. I check under his neatly cover hopelessly. Surprisingly (note sarcasm), I don't find him there. I look behind the curtains, inside his wardrobe, inside the cupboard. I still don't find him. I let out a small scream in frustration. Then I realise that I have to check the bathroom. I near the bathroom and I, that's right, cower. Please don't be in there. Please don't be showering. I stop outside the bathroom. Don't be doing anything that involve your pants down, I add for extra measure. I knock on the bathroom and no sounds come back. I clutch the key that I had grabbed from his drawer.
I narrow my eyes when I look at the lock; it's unlocked. I place my hand on the door handle and open it. The bathroom is clean and white... and empty. I sigh, all this time wasted. A question pops in my head and I wonder. Where's Lucas?
'Laura!' My mom's dainty voice calls out from downstairs. 'What's taking you so long?' She says more softly this time, nonetheless it was still loud.
'I can't find Lucas,' I whisper, I didn't mean it to come out as a whisper. 'I can't find Lucas!' I feel stupid after I shout out.
'You sure sweetie?' Mom's worried voice shouts.
'Yes.'
'You checked everywhere?'
'Yes!'
'Did you check the bathroom?' Mom knows about my little incident. Lucas and I were both 13 at the time but it had shaken us both.
'Yes,' I groan.
'Really?' From Mom's confused tone, I'm guessing she didn't think I would do it. I also hear a slight bit of loss. I smirk at the idea of my mom losing at some silly game in her head.
'Yes.' I exit his room and walk down the stairs. I guess I didn't see her so I bumped into her.
'Oww!' My mom moans, rubbing her shoulder. I hardly felt anything.
