kaycee:
we walked into the small cafe and the smell of hot chocolate and coffee filled my nose. i felt my body warm up from the cold outdoors and i smiled.
sean:
when we walked into the cafe, kaycee made a little smile and i couldn't help but think she was adorable. her nose and cheeks were rosy and her long curly hair lay on her shoulders and back. she was gorgeous.
we ordered our drinks and sat down at a small booth in the back, kaycee was sitting in front of me, pinching the skin between her pointer finger and her thumb. i furrowed my brows as i was about to say something, but....
"kaycee!" shouted the barista.
she stood up quickly and walked up to the counter, her hair bouncing as she moved. i sighed as i looked down at my drink, it was a light color brown and it smelt sweet. it was something i always got, hazlenut coffee with extra cream. something my mom used to make before she-
"hey you okay?" asked a soft voice. i looked up and was greeted with concerned soft brown eyes.
"i've been sitting here for a minute straight saying your name. are you okay? am i bothering you? i'll leave if you want me to-" she said while getting up. i reached up my hand and grabbed her wrist. she turned around and faced me.
"kaycee, i want to have coffee with you, i was just spacing out that's all i swear." she stared at me for a bit.
"i swear, i'm actually really enjoying this." i said. she fully turned around and sat down. i let go of her wrist and pulled my hand back. she was looking down, her curly hair covering her face. i reached my hand over to her face and lifted her chin up, as she looked at me with wide eyes.
"don't hide your face, it's really pretty." i said. her cheeks flushed a bit as she smiled at me.
kaycee you are fucking adorable. what are you doing to me
