What can I do? Should I just go back? It's been a week. I should just go back.
I packed my bags and showered. I walked to the door slowly. I said goodbye to the maids and went to open the door.
"Oh, Lei!" He hugged me.
"She, likes someone else." He cried.
"What? No, why would she do that?"
"I think we should go back."
"So you're just going to give up?" He went silent.
"I don't know. I'll move on. Eventually. I know Jing. She doesn't let anyone change her mind." He cries.
"Okay. Let's go back." I face him.
"Thank you for bringing me here. For making me happy, even for just a week." He smiles.
"No problem. I'm your...friend. So I should help and support you always." I smile back.
"I guess you were about to leave?" He lets go of me.
"Uh, yeah. I was done with the project anyway." I lie.
There was no project. I just wanted him to be happy. I think that was my project. It was half successful. So, yeah.
"Okay. Let's go home." He held my hand and walked to our car.

"Mei, I missed you so much!" Si hugs me.
"Me too." I say and hug him back.
"So, how was your honeymoon?" Ximen smirks.
"Wei, there is no honeymoon!" I shout at him.
"Yes, there was. Don't you remember?" I look at Lei.
"What? No!" I complain.
"Yes! Yes! Yes!" Lei smirks.
